With few exceptions over the years, Pizza Hut has always been the best nation-wide, late night pizza. I’ve noticed that I see delivery drivers whom I’ve had, in some cases, for years. That leads me to the conclusion that they are a decent employer, and that makes it more likely for me to choose Pizza Hut.

I asked for light sauce on the big new Yorker because it is so saucy. But you left it full sauce and made the large thin crust with almost no sauce. That pizza was gross and dry. The new Yorker was good but too saucy and made me sick. I have stomach issues and cannot have a lot of ted sauce.

My order was ready at the time I specified and the food hot and exactly as I ordered. The staff member was very courteous and offered to carry out all my pizzas. I appreciated the extra effort he made. I was in a hurry and he was able to get my payment through quickly so I could be on my way.

Ordered pasta and stuffed Buffalo at 10:15p.m. got here at 11:30p.m. tastes like it was made a week ago. Throwing it away. Waste of 30 bucks. Completely awful. Will never do pizza hut again rest of my life. And still starving. Thanks for nothing. Wish I could give negative stars

I ordered my pizza using the app at 7:46pm. It said it would be here at 8:16. It also said it was put in the over 3 mins after I placed it. Then I get a text at 8:04 saying it’s not going to be delivered by door dash by 8:37pm. It arrived at 8:40pm at room temperature. Cost goes up. Service goes down. Don’t order here. I’ll be using Dominos or Papa John’s for now on.

This is insane, I ordered 16 wings with 2 sides of sauce which I paid for and 4 bottles of soda! And did not receive any of the soda or the sauce, when I called they put me on hold until they closed! This is crazy. I’ll be up there in the morning for sure!

They were pretty fast. Had my food in under 45 mins. Food was hot and fresh, driver was very friendly. Good job guys! Only reason for 4 stars is because corporate changed the original pan pizza crust into garbage. Stuffed crust is pretty good.

Driver couldn’t be bothered to double check address and went to the wrong unit and when j returned the missed call twice, the guy didn’t pick up. He just drove back. I called the store back and that’s when I discovered that the guy went to the wrong unit. I used up most of my points and the store just said I had to reorder my pizza if I wanted it delivered again. Sort of the defeats the point system. Not my first issue with the franchise with service that continues to go down and nothing gets done about it. This is the biggest reason I don’t add tip to the online payment anymore. I wait until I receive the food to judge the service of the delivery and make the appropriate tip amount based on that.
