Have had several times where our order was screwed up since this stored opened and didn’t say anything, but finally had enough. Called the manager, (Steph?), and complained. He was apologetic and offered to send me a voucher for my meal, which I accepted. He said he would mail it the next day. Yesterday was a week and nothing. This store has issues. I’ll go elsewhere.

Honestly, was the worst fast food experience in my life. I went with very simple items and literally everything but one thing was wrong. Please save your time and go anywhere else. I asked for a receipt 3 times and was told it would be in the bag. Upon getting my food and just being told “Here you go” I looked in the bag and no receipt. Felt I was very overcharged for the products I actually received. I ordered between 6-8 different items for a few people and only one of us got the right product. Please shut this store down and get some training and staff to this store. Or maybe even better, make it a different fast food place. This not only turned me off of this location but Arby’s for life.

Everytime I go here something is wrong. This time I ordered 2 bacon beef and cheddar sandwiches. I got no bacon. Called store no one answered. I won’t be back so disappointed. Curly fries are ALWAYS COLD. Hard to eat cold fries.

Son went to get supper. They were out of roast beef. We ordered different sandwiches, they were good. Son got loaded French fries, they were so bad he threw them out. Got there curly fries, didn’t have one curly fry, they were just little pieces that were over cooked. Threw them away. Called and talked to manager, he said he would be glad to redo them, but we weren’t going to go back, before I could say anything else he hung up on me.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time. Decades in fact. I ordered a sandwich I used to create in the 90s and it was outstanding. I don’t eat fast food often and I’ll only go to certain places. The customer service is outstanding too. They went out of their way to make sure they understood what I wanted and it tasted excellent.
