I was excited for this location to open! I thought it looked huge from the outside and had a huge nice inside dinning area but when you actually come in there is no seating in except for a few bar stools by the window to wait for pick up orders and there isnt any outdoor seating which would be perfect for now that it is spring- maybe they could still add those seats outside is a great idea! So basically there is no where for you to sit and enjoy coffee with a friend to meet up but if you like drive through- this location is perfect for you! Open 1 hour later (8pm) than all the other dunkins in the area.

I really like Dunkin’ donuts but this place has honestly been pretty hit or miss. The staff expects you to know to use the ordering kiosk and has a tendency to ignore people that are confused by this and stand next to the counter. The donuts you can order on the kiosk are frequently not actually available for you to purchase that day but there is no indication of this. Stopped there for cold coffees three times and one of those three times the coffee’s were essentially water with no actual coffee in them. They then cheerfully offered to remake the coffees and they did but they were still absolutely terrible and tasted like ice water.

You’re better off going through the drive-thru if you want any service, they tend to ignore the in-house customers. The donuts are good but you can get better service at other locations. “We’re understaffed” only works if you’re busy, my dude and one customer in-house and 1-2 cars in the drive thru at a time does not constitute as busy, especially for three people working. But this is not the first time I’ve heard this from location and it probably won’t be the last.

I’ve gone twice to this location with my boyfriend. The first time we received the correct drink and food order. Creamer needed to be added to one of the drinks as it was a bit light, but I don’t consider that an issue. The issue is lack of consistency. My boyfriend has been three times in total (twice with me) and the coffee order has never been consistent: either too sweet or barely anything added as ordered. This last time we went, I ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam and he ordered a midnight roast with creamer and flavor shots. Only when we left the parking lot and started on our drinks did we realize that my cold brew did not have cold foam and his hot coffee had no creamer or flavor shots that he had both ordered and paid for. All orders have been done at store pickup through the app, so I’m not sure if there’s a disconnect there or if it’s lack of attention. The food is fine, but we’ve decided that our coffee treats will be done elsewhere since we don’t know what we’re getting every time we order form this location.

Cold cold donuts. Who wants cold donuts. Long wait at drivethrough when nobody was there. started to order slowly and the girl got so messed up. We only ordered 4 donuts. Wow, it was not complicated but she sure couldn’t get it together. Not likely to return based off cold donuts.

Customer service is dead… I was craving a donut and some coffee, stopped in around 1pm on a weekday, there was only one car at the drive through window as I walked up and the lobby was empty. As I waited for the cashier to finish with the drive through customer I was looking at the donut selection. Cashier approached me to ask if I was paying via CC or cash, since my answer was CC she directed me to the kiosk to place my order… “If you’re paying via cash, I can help you, otherwise you can use the kiosks over there.” She wasn’t rude about it but the comment and overall tone left me feeling unwelcome. It may as well have been a glorified vending machine… Definitely not what you want in a customer service experience. I left without making a purchase and likely won’t be back. If you’re not interested in serving your customers, I’ll stick to the competition that does welcome customers with a smile. Good luck.

New location I wanted to give it a try. I was sad to hear they don’t have frozen coffee yet. I settled for a iced caramel swearl. I dislike it. I have worked for 3 other coffee shops in my life but this coffee tasted burnt.

Wasn’t happy about ONLY ordering from a kiosk BUT the manager was super helpful and could tell i was in a hurry to order 4 dozen (for National Donut Day)! Also, excellent brewed ice tea!
