Worst jack In the box I’ve been to. Not just saying that cuz of one bad experience, no, there’s been multiple times I’ve has bad experiences here. The last time I was here, I waited in line for 30mins. There’s not a second line for me to leave out of, so I was stuck. The manager on duty was terrible. 30-40yo Latino. I used to work for jack In the box like 17 years ago, when I was a teenager In high school, and we took our wait times serious. No one ever waited 30+minutes. That’s ridiculous. Fast food isn’t hard, you take the order and throw it in the fryer. Why are people having to wait 30mins for fried food?! Not only that, he put my New York Style Cheesecake in the same bag as the rest of my fast food. When I got the bag, I looked at him and said “you put my cheesecake in the same bag as my fried food” and he said yeah, it’s all in there. FIRST OF ALL, NO, it’s not all supposed to be in one bag. Cheesecake is supposed to be kept cold, why would you put it in the same bag as warm food?! SECONDLY, he said “it’s all in there” and I double checked and I was missing my chicken sandwich. Which he bagged separately and handed to me. So of course I grabbed the bag with an attitude out of his hands. This jack In the box needs better management and training. Or I’ll continue to update this review to keep their store rating low.

Customer service SUCKS! How in the world do you not have coffee at 5am? Wait, you’re right scrubbing the floors instead of helping and acknowledging customers is way more important. Wait 5 minutes at the drive speaker waiting for someone to greet me instead I get “give me a minute.” My food was a mess in the bag, food scattered. Never again will I ever come back.

I’d never been to a Jack in the box, so I was a little excited. I ordered breakfast, I ordered each of the two croissant sandwiches, and instead got two of the same. Not a big deal, but bad first impression. I didn’t feel like driving thru again to fix my order, and the potatoes were fine, but then sausage croissant wasn’t very good at all anyway.

These ppl that they have working especially the girl with the red braids are horrible asking me thru the speaker what I want , really I work in customer service and this is NOT how you treat ppl !! Then when I get my food I got a supreme croissant they only put egg and cheese on it like why would I order a supreme croissant like that !! I try to call back and of course absolutely no answer LIKE Usual!! The owner really needs to get some different night shift in there I’ve never in my 44 years ever seen anything like this!!! And by the look of these reviews this girl has been there for a while now probably with no action taken about her behavior and attitude with everyone, when u spend money at a food place you expect respect and good customer service but it is very obvious that these ppl don’t care about there establishment!!! I will be contacting corporate office in the morning she needs to lose her job ,she needs to take a class on how to treat people when working in customer service

Somewhere around the start of June I became a casual coming in every other day. Eventually a lady who I’m assuming is a sort of manager started noticing me and greeting me. 1 week in and so far everyone’s been nice to me and today they even offered me a shake for a mistake I made. Love this place.

No the person to write reviews but Tasha has no customer services! I was never rude or disrespectful when I was handed my drinks by Dee I asked her what drink was the one I was given (I order sprite and lemonade) she turned to Tasha for clarification since she was pouring the drinks and her response was “she can taste it” with rudeness and bad attitude! The whole time I waited in drive through for my food Tasha was using her phone and charging it by the drive Thrue window!

The rude drive thru lady just got ruder by charging me for two packs of ranch my order was two sausage croissants, that she would not substitute bacon for I don’t know why I was going to pay for it… I couldn’t even understand her English and six tacos I thought I could get two packs of ranch without being charged… And then she only gave me three packs of salsa… I have never been charged for ranch. And then the lady also got more ruder whenever I asked her for my receipt.. are they that desperate that they need to charge for ranch to a good customer? I will never go here again

Rude I just stopped by Jack and the Box sitting at the drive thru waiting to order no one acknowledged I was waiting to order until I said so hello. The manager didn’t want to open door for whatever reason? She turned away many customers telling them to use the drive thru. With no explanation or with no sign on the door. It’s annoying to get out of the car and be turned away. And this was at around 11:30 am when the lobby should have been open at 9am. Bad business practices and loss of money hurts the company.

Gave me cold food! I asked for ketchup, sweet and sour sauce and taco sauce. They gave me a bag of taco sauce. This location is a hit or miss. It depends on who is working that day because when I went the line was so long and the wait was even longer just to receive cold food! Smh
