I want to leave an honest review , positive review. I also want others that order here to understand that places are short staffed still. And I’m thankful for those who work hard for very low pay. So based off the reviews, use the drive through. Be patient. This sonic definitely gets busy. MY EXPERIENCE was great, close to closing time, ordered through the app, pulled into a stall, got my order hot and quick. No issues.

I ordered a flavored WATER, cup of ice and milkshake on the app…after a 30 minute wait in the stall I NEVER GOT MY ORDER!!!!!! A water, and cup of ice and a milkshake should NOT take more than 30 minutes! The drive thru took orders and served customers as I waited in my stall. I pushed the “red button” to check on my order and was told it was coming. IT NEVER CAME!!!!! I’m so disappointed!!!!

Terrible experience. Stay away from this place. Placed an order last night at one of their bays. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. After going inside twice to complain, I never received an apology. The girl that brought our food out never apologized. When I asked for her managers name and/or owners name, she said she didn’t know her managers name. She then walked off without saying anything. Employees inside where clueless as well. Terrible management and service. Got our order wrong as well.

They’re getting better! The food was hot and correct. Staff still needs training, it took a few minutes for them to respond to the call button, we had to repeat our order a few times and they didn’t let us use the kiosk to pay. It wasn’t clear if our order had been accepted or not until we asked again.

If I could give them a Zero I would!! Horrible customer service! Gave me awful tater tots 3xs which means they were getting them from the same batch each time I asked for new ones! Fries were cold! The only thing that was good were the drinks. I asked for the manager on duty he never apologized he literally didn’t say a word besides where is the bag. I gave it to him and he sent more nasty tots out the window I just pulled off to keep my Christianity! This literary just happened at 2:19p 6/24/23 so whoever that manager is needs more training! I’m so tired of paying money for bad service and food! I will be telling everyone I know in this area to not go there!

This is absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever had the displeasure to visit. I have given this location multiple tries and have been disappointed each time in some way. Currently I have been sitting in a stall for over 30 minutes (trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and being patient) waiting for someone to chime in and take my order. The screen has changed to “we will keep track of your order here” three times and then deactivated making it appear that it is now my turn to put my order in only for it to return to the promotional screen. So I have had to repress the red button and get in the theoretical line FOR THE FOURTH TIME. Meanwhile the lady next to me has placed a mobile order and checked in about 20 minutes ago and still has not received her order. She at least got to talk to someone when she pressed the button who said it would be coming out. Needless to say I’m done giving this Sonic my business which stinks because I was so excited when they first opened as this location is very close to my house. Now I’m off to try and get lunch elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Ordered food at 7:05 and had to ask at 7:35 where our food was. There were no customers when we ordered and then customers start pulling up and leaving with their food, we were still waiting on ours. About 5 minutes later the guy comes out with cold food. I sent it back and asked for a refund. Sat there another 15 minutes and just so happened to check my card and the refund had been issued. Horrible customer service and if you know that order had been sitting there awhile you should’ve offered to replace it. Who eats cold food and drinks watered down slushies. I understand the staff is short but come on now!

we have given this place two trys, and it wont happen again. they aren’t short staffed. I saw at least 6 kids and a manager working on a slow afternoon. I saw the reviews and chose to give it another try. I ordered two small items, with two sauces. the food was cold, and they didn’t have any sauce, waited to take my card before telling me. read the reviews, save your money.
