I’ve eaten here several times, usually order the sofritas . This time, I ordered a chicken bowl. It was nasty, all the chicken was grissley, chewy, and stringy. This stuff is expensive for them to be serving nasty quality food. My dinner was ruined. I took a picture that clearly shows the poor quality of chicken they serve, but don’t see how to upload it. Will not be eating Chipotle for a while

The food is what you would expect from a Chipotle, however my main gripe is that whoever is scheduling people at this particular location only puts one person on the food line during peak dinner rush, if you’re lucky maybe they also scheduled a cashier. Not enough people to clear out the line and it turns what should be a 5 minute trip into a 20 minute one. The employees work hard but it’s clearly just not possible for all that work to be done by one person

Stopped by with my family to get dinner to go. There was no line…4 associates behind the counter. One was sweeping…one was wiping counters. The other 2 were getting mobile orders ready. We waited 7 minutes before one associate looked at us and acknowledged us. “We’ll be right with you”. Meanwhile, other 2 associates are still sweeping AND singing. Still can’t make eye contact or acknowledge us waiting. A 5th associate comes out from the back, no “hello”, no “sorry for the wait”. He said “what would you like?”. We start placing our order…he sloppily puts our food together and says “what else?” repeatedly. There is now 3 more customers behind us. A woman rings us up and I ask her a question about the kids meal we ordered “doesn’t it come with fruit?” She said “yes”…but never put the fruit in the bag. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I’m extremely disappointed in Chipotle for hiring people that legitimately hate their job. I’ll never go back to the Lancaster, CA location.

This message is for Kimberly, if you are the manager…. It’s simply moronic to allot products to the “online only” section in hopes it gets used instead of being accessible by your team while making food for people who go into the store and order. “We can’t take the sour cream or lettuce from there because it’s for our online customers”. Makes sense as to why you are only competent enough to manage retards that struggle to scoop chicken and pinto beans. Shame

It was pretty good. the machine to make quesadillas was not working, so I had to get a bowl. the bowl was okay at best, but I recommend the chicken quesadillas here, they’re just incredible, especially when paired with guac.

I re discovered Chipotle and I wonder why I ever strayed. Fresh healthy ingredients. The juice drinks are the best. Everyone that works there seem happy-go-lucky like it’s a great place to work.
