I tried breakfast for the first time here and was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. I ordered a breakfast special which was supposed to come with two sides, and I asked for whole wheat toast with no butter. When it came time to order the coffee, which was included in the special, I requested it with oat milk. The server told me that they only had a small amount of old oat milk left and that she would have to charge me extra for it. Despite telling me that the oat milk was old, she began to make my coffee with it anyway. I told her that if there was not enough fresh oat milk and she was going to charge me extra regardless, to please change it to almond milk.

Gotta say, Best chicken empanada I’ve ever had. Went in for a quick coffee and grabbed two and had to fight myself to get more. I only had the two empanadas but all of the food looked delicious. I’ll remember this spot.

What a horrible experience I’ve been to this location a few times and service is okay. But after today, I will not be back. I arrived at 11:45 right before the crazy 12:00 lunch rush that the usually get and placed an order for my salad and waited at the table. The lunch rush started and about 4 people ordered salad as well and received it and I was still waiting. I asked the cashier at 12:15 if they had an order for me and the lady making the salad waved it and began making other orders after I explained calmly I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Another salad order came out and then when it was time to make mine I’m not sure if she was just being spiteful but my salad took another 10 minutes to come out. After everything and I finally got my salad I paid and walked away only to find that my card was charged $2 more then the order so I’m assuming the cashier tipped herself because I didn’t hit the no reviept option on the screen. I’m so upset with this location and I will not be back.

This place is fantastic. Meals are delicious. Cafeteria style home cooked freshness daily. Salads are crisp and cool with flavor! Avocado and tomato salad is the best I ever had. Amazing service to beat.

Patricia needs to be fired asap. Customer service does not exist here. There is no gratitude for the people who come here every day sometimes twice a day. People this miserable should not be working in service industry. I truly hope she finds some happiness within herself . Spend your money elsewhere.

It’s very disappointing to see a place with great food have horrible customer service. Currently the wont even answer the phone anymore everything must be done through the website. When there are concerns about your order being delayed or even missing items no one helps you. As mentioned before there food is actually pretty good even though it’s repetitive, I would never order again thanks to their staff.
