I had never ordered a sausage scramble bowl w/o hashbrowns THIS SMALL! You could see the bottom of the bowl which tells me wasn’t much in the bowl. One of the associates agreed that the bowl doesn’t normally look like what I received. Never again!

Great food, great service! They usually handle their customers very professionally and kind and try to have your food as soon as possible. My only problem has been the fact that they have messed up a chicken sandwich order (placing pickles on a specific ‘no pickle’ order). Every other time tho, they have had their ish together.

Some breakfast portions can be a little bit bigger but the quality and taste makes up for it. Rarely are my orders messed up this time it was, the server asked a few times if she could take it back and get right. The food is so good and looks good I just kept it and yes it was good.

Ordered Doordash for 2x 8 Ct nugget meals w drinks plus 2 cookies. Received a sandwich and 1 fry. Ticket showed correct order, but contents obviously not correct. Called the store, said id bring the order back to get what I paid for especially since feeding 2 people. Got there, the “manager” on duty tonight just simply told an employee to ring it in and comp it, no apology or let me get that right out for you etc etc. for a place with that many folks clocked in, you’d think the order would be correct, and the service better. Guess not.

I gave atmosphere a 1 because if I have to get stuck in those stupid parking spots at the front to wait for my food again, I’ll stop going. Who ever decided those were a good idea must eat paint chips. You literally are in a dead end, and have to pull in at one angle and back out at a different angle. And if you are parked next to 2 cars or a bigger vehicle, good luck. Fix this situation or come up with something better!

Staff is either incredibly absent minded and or racists. Dined in for a mobile order at table #1. While waiting on my order at the table a staff member came to ask guests at the other tables if they needed anything never asking me if I did. Mind you the table was visibly dirty with sauce packets and straws that I piled to the end so it could be seen. No attempt to even look my way let alone clean the clearly dirty table. After waiting over 10 minutes to receive my order I asked if they were seeing my mobile order. Gave them my name twice. 5 minutes later I finally received my beverage and 5 minutes later I finally received my food. As I’m finishing up my meal an employee comes and asks all three tables next to me if they needed anything. ONCE AGAIN I, the only person who isn’t Caucasian, wasn’t asked if I needed anything. I suppose I’ll go back to the counter and ask for my own refill. Piss poor uncharacteristic service for a Chick FIL A.

I never thought I’d have to give chick fil a a less than perfect review but the last three times I’ve been to this location it’s been sub par. The order takers make no effort to direct traffic or communicate with those in the building unless they are asking to come inside or they need things personally. My order was wrong one time and I was told that it would be handled at the window but it was 10 min til close and by the time I got to the window the kitchen closed so I left with no refund and no food. I was told my app would be refunded and it was not so I had to return for a refund. The next time I went through the drive thru there was no attempt to direct traffic so I was sitting under the order canopy with my food. I tried to get attention of the employees so they could block traffic so I could leave and noone paid attention so I had to sit there while more cars got in line blocking the exit. The last 3 times I’ve been during lunch the employees were more interested in socializing amongst themselves rather than directing traffic or making sure that the line moved equally on both sides. Also during the lunch rush normally I would expect food to be hot but it’s been lukewarm. Not sure I’ll be returning any time soon.
