I stood in line for nearly 30 minutes after I ordered. Only 2 people had orders in front of me. 3 behind me. And for some reason, a simple order (grande matcha latte) took this long to create. I was also skipped. And one of the workers called my drink out wrong. Calling it green tea, whichbis completely different than matcha. They dont know what they are doing or taking about. The workers where rude. This will be my last time going to this location.

It’s been a while since I visited last but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a Java Chip Frap, a drink I have ordered since I was little, and when I got the drink it tasted off. There was little to no sweet taste to the drink. It tasted like water with chocolate chips. I asked for a remake and when I got my second one it tasted exactly the same. When I talked to the barista I felt like she was gaslighting me. She said, “Are you sure you haven’t been ordering the Mocha Cookie Crumble? The Java Chip isn’t sweet.” They provided me with some sweetening syrup and I went in my way. I would just like to say to that barista… yes I’m sure. I have since been to many many other Starbucks locations and each one of them made the Java Chip Frap correctly (and yes, it was sweet.)

I dont like giving bad reviews but pretty disappointed this morning. Mall website, google and Starbucks app all say this store opens at 10am. I usually go down about 1045 to get a coffee before I open my store. Well went down this morning excited to get my Birthday coffee and was told by the guy behind the counter that they dont open till 11am. I get being short staffed but if u are standing there why cant u take care of a guest 15 mins early? Guess I don’t get to get my Birthday coffee or breakfast sandwich I was gonna get

I don’t like the awkward waiting area up by the counter. It’s weird to have tables that people can’t get up from easily because there’s always a wall of people blocking them in. It’s also weird to sip your coffee and chat while stranger’s butts are in your face.

I had to pay an extra 75 cents to have cream in my decaf pourover and 54 cents to get a cup of water. This is the only Starbucks I have been to that has made me pay that. I won’t be ordering from here again when I can go to the one in Barnes and Noble and not get charged extra. B

Horrible….Horrible… went and orders chi tea latte, there are 6 people working, it’s not busy at all, still the drink made was worst. I asked them for extra hot- whole milk – no foam. None of the criteria asked was done. I asked the guy who called my name after checking my drink. He went again remove foam on the top of the drink, took 2% milk, heated a bit and poured in the same cup( whole milk- 2% milk). The drink was cold again. Felt like their service is worst. It’s expensive as well.

I did not appreciate the gentleman not doing his job correctly and to the fullest. I didn’t catch his name but he has blue dyed tips. He is so quick to excuse you that he doesn’t even check if the payment has been taken all the way, he excused my family and I and as we started walking away he yelled loudly “EXCUSE ME THAT CARD DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY ON IT.” Like okay how about next time you pay attention instead of embarrassing me because my gift card didn’t have enough on it. Maybe this location should do a better job of training. Have a great day.

Today at 3pm ordered a drink. Girl at the end making them was unnecessarily YELLING the finished orders out at customers. When there was an issue with another customer’s drink that was missing Soy milk, she handled the situation unprofessionally and expressed disgust that she had to correct the order.
