All I bought was a single serving of fries – That would have been a 4 star. The customer service however, was so abysmal that I would put it in the negatives. When there are a plethora of eating establishments in the area, and where the products aren’t unique, what can stand out is the customer service experience. In this case, I wondered if it is lack of training or management’s priority to fill positions with live bodies and not much else? In case it bears highlighting, a customer’s experience can start prior to opening the door, but especially once they have entered the premises. In this case, the bar was low and sunk lower from lack of acknowledgment in a timely manner that I was there to the end of the transaction when my food is placed on the counter with no “here’s your order,” or “thank you for coming,” or “do you need anything else.” And when I held up the bag and asked, “My fries?” I get a dead-eyed look, no utterance from the person’s mouth, and she turned her back and went on her way. So, let me suggest to management that you have secret shoppers go into that place on various days, at various times, if you want to test my experience. When a waiting customer says, “It’s always like this”, I had to wonder why are customers giving away their agency to shop in unfriendly places for food that is neither unique or high quality. Cause this was my first and last time supporting this establishment.

This location is horrible!! Except to wait at least 30 min to a hour for your food and expect your food to be cold. They forget to put items in your bag and good luck trying to get through on the phone to make sure your order is accurate: THEY DON’T ANSWER!! This was my second attempt with ordering through door dash with them! NEVER AGAIN!!

Order it online got there 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. 15 minutes to 20 minutes later my food was sitting on the shelf and they wouldn’t give it to me. Smh after I got my food got in my car open the bag there is no ranch had to go back into the place.

waited for over an hour for pickup inside that i ordered ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival. do not go here on a friday evening. it’s groups and groups of people walking in and you’ll never get serviced even if you order pick up unless you have absolutely nothing else to do. way too crowded and understaffed.

Food was fine, but it took over a half hour for a simple order of a 10 wing combo. The ice dispenser on the soda machine was spitting ice onto the floor and no one cleaned it up during my entire time there, creating a dangerous situation. Machine also leaked syrup, was not clean.

Id leave 0 starts if I could. Was decent a few years ago with no real issues. Now the service is abysmal and the wait times are extended. I placed an online order for literally just regular fries and ranch a few days ago. Wasn’t greeted upon entering and stood their like the invisible man because I have emotional control and wasn’t in a rush. 15 minutes later “we’re just now making orders” okay so why wasn’t the back up communicated when I first entered. Legit waited ONE HOUR for some fries and when I decided to eat when I got home these folks put blue cheese in my bag when I specifically asked before leaving the store “it’s ranch in the bag?” SMFH. Complained to customer service and they sent me a gift card for the price of my order. Order two days later with the gift card and intentionally pulled up like 10-12 minutes after the order was supposed to be done. Still stood there and waited for a few minutes, get home and the fries are SALTY AF. Over it, I like Wingstop on occasion but this location will never see a dime a from me again.. Legit kick rocks with the incompetence and poor service. Don’t even bother. The terrible reviews are accurate.

I ordered 15 flat wings, but they only gave me 10 pieces and there were just 3 flats. The rest were drum sticks. How someone messes up an order this badly on a slow day is beyond me. Also I placed the order on the phone, but when I arrived, they only had my name in the system. Had to tell the woman again what I wanted. If you value your money and time, don’t come here.

I placed an online order last night for 15 wings (10 old bay, 5 garlic Parmesan) and a large seasoned fry. The fries were beyond cold and the wings were fried so hard you couldn’t determine flavor wise which was which. We attempted to reach the shop and the phone rang continuously just as it did when we attempted to call in the order. I returned to the shop today with the food for a refund and the young lady working the register after an exchange with another young lady that was making wings in the back advised I would have had to return the food last night because they are not the night shift. Are you kidding me? You took the food back but you are not able to issue a refund because it was an online order and it didn’t happen on your shift. I explained again that I was not pleased with the food I received and thus I am returning it and would like to be refunded. I was then instructed to provide my order number and contact number to be given to the store owner because that is the only person who can refund online orders. I also asked if the owner can reach out to me regarding this incident and the young lady advised me she can ask her but no guarantee. I will definitely not be returning and expect to be contacted regard this incident.
