I just tried a Frosty-chino for the first time. It was not a pleasant experience because when I took a sip through the straw, a rubber band came up through the straw!! I tried calling the restaurant but it sent me to a voicemail.

Got the new mozzarella chicken sandwich…and, um..where is the fried mozzarella layer? I was so looking forward to it. I am sad. Lol. Otherwise, this is definitely my favorite Wendy’s out of the locations near me. It’s has its ups and downs, but still waaaaay better than the Chester location!!

This location has to be the slowest Wendy’s around, and the staff seem to be completely oblivious. At my last visit the staff running the register asked me to wait until he took my order, with noone else in line to order. It appeared he was trying to make their service time from order to serving look better.

Sat in drive thru twice for 10+min each just to get the wrong thing not once but twice. Got my son a nugget meal and I got a bacon double stack with ketchup and mayo. They young man at the window who’s handling money repeats my order to me gets the last item (burger) and places it in the bag. Hands it to me I drive away from the window open my bag and see that the burger is completely wrong only has lettuce and onion. I pull back to the drive thru only to be told to pull around. Inside isn’t open at 830 to quickly remedy the mistake. I then get to the window and get an attitude from a young woman who barely looks older than my son. Another more polite young lady repeats my burger order to me as the other ruder lady goes to make my correct sandwich. Assuming this time it is right I pull off again. I then realized the attempt to correct the order fell short of the mark. No bacon on the burger and I dang sure won’t be eating something made by someone with an attitude. Simple order only cost 13.97 but customer service and attention to detail is mandatory for any service job. Place looked like it was run by kids this night. Literally wasted my money

Once again, no hello, goodbye, or thank you from the person taking the order in the drive through. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed again at 930 on Saturday morning. If you wanted to place an order there was no other option except to wait in a very long line and be met with a very off putting person who clearly doesn’t belong anywhere in customer service.

They are efficient in regards to how fast you move through the drive through. The person at the window is friendly. The chili for my taco salad stayed hot until I got in the house 15 minutes away.

This was actually our 2nd attempt at Wendy’s tonight due to the one on Iron Bridge Road, in the abandoned Walmart Marketplace parking lot, was only taking cash. We got there around 9:20pm and the drive thru was busy so my husband went inside to order our meals. He ordered a Son of Baconator combo. The fries were cold but when it came time to order what I wanted, a bacon cheese baked potato, the cashier rang up the entire order & my husband paid. The manager then came out and said they were waiting on a truck and out of potatoes. He asked if anything could be ordered in its place and my husband texted me and I said the chicken wrap was fine. The wrap ended up being very bland. Then he noticed 2 things: 1 a sign written on a napkin “Have a good day. It’s only my third day please be patient.” & an employee trying to hide his vaping at the cash registers. (Which is a health code violation.) I understand that we all are new at a job at one point, but not knowing whether an item is in stock or not, is necessary. Also there is no excuse for vaping inside a restaurant where food is being prepped, especially during this day and age.
