Can they get their drinks correct? I always order a small caramel macchiato. They never add the right amount of espresso. I have to tell them every time. it’s all milk with a dab of espresso.

Improved…. I don’t expect excellent service at a Dunkin’ Donuts as it is staffed by children half the time, however, I do expect orders to be right which they are not many times at this location. I will say that management does try and are very pleasant to speak with – the system, however that they use needs improvement.

Placed a mobile order. Didn’t get our order until 33 minutes after ordering. Waited and waited. Said something and waited and waited. 2 signature iced drinks, made the same way with no alterations from their “signature” way of being made, and 3 hashbrowns. Not a difficult order. Waited and waited. And had to pay $16. And waited and waited. Had food waiting in the car from a different establishment (Village Sub, great breakfast!). Food that got cold and soggy. NEVER AGAIN!

This is a very busy location with 1 door to both enter/exit and no drive thru. To help social distance and to get a more accurate order, I highly recommend ordering 10-15 minutes ahead on their app. I frequently stop at this location and have never had an issue with service or quality.

I was there today, a Thursday, for an iced coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. One person on the counter for orders and a young man in the back making & serving coffees, etc. It got very busy after I arrived 2:00-ish. I just wanted to mention the young lady Julia/Julie was so good at her work taking orders and making the coffees, which is very involved, she definitely needs a raise or something!
