If you like HAIR IN YOUR SANDWICHES, this is the store for you! It may not be common here, but this was the only time I have been to this store and it will be my last. I arrived to find this kid finishing my mobile order and immediately noticed that not only was he not wearing any hair restraints, but he was constantly flicking his hair out of his face while standing directly over my sandwiches. I should have asked for a new order from scratch right then, but I didn’t want to be “that guy” with a long line behind me. Sure enough, we got home and opened up the sandwiches to find them riddled with hairs and had to throw them out. It’s strange that basic FDA rules are not enforced in a Subway store when that is emphasized heavily by the corporate office. If they can’t even do that part right, I can only imagine what else they are doing that rules out the thought of returning to this store.

I was there with my families and friends that were visiting us on 8/13 and we ordered big meals. Mostly footlong sandwiches and some 6 inch ones . In my turn, I saw a hair in one of the shredded cheese container I told the person behind the line and he picked it up and threw away the hair I wanted the cheese I told him I want different cheese either change it there a new container. The guy said there was no hair anymore. He was literally willing to give me the same cheese Another person came in and started to shovel her hands (gloved) and started looking for more hair instead of discarding straight . I asked for mozzarella cheese instead if they would not give me a brand new cheddar cheese the guy said extra $ I told him I would not pay any extra because he is not willing to replace that shredded cheese with the new one . Finally he was murmuring himself and added mozzarella on my bread. But they both kept the same cheese and sold for another at least 5 people that I could see because I was dining in there. I could have let all those customers know that cheese was no good but I didn’t . Is this the service that you guys provide ? That’s nasty ! Never recommend to go there

This subway is always out of vegetables and breads. They take Forever to make your sandwiches and it’s mainly because every time I walk I there is someone new working that is just learning. Management needs to get it together here.

Came in to grab a drink before work saw staff hanging around pretending to work as soon as I walk up the staff ran to the back to pretending as if I wasn’t there. They were told to get back and held me by another employee. They just stood there. This behavior is not acceptable in any business this place needs to step it up asap this is not ok

If you have a company event to cater, this is an excellent Subway for large orders. They really put a lot of effort into the quality of their food. This store clearly just got new management and is under new ownership. The food was delicious and staff was really kind and helpful. The store is cleaner than I have ever seen. The bread was really fresh. I will be back to this subway again soon. Thanks for the great sandwiches, wraps and cookies!!!

Really poor customer service and I had to repeat my self multiple times. The sandwiches were made and wrapped very sloppy. I almost walked out because of how dissatisfied I was. Overall, very disappointed with this location.

This is definitely going to be the last time I visit a subway. Workers are very chatty which is not necessarily a bad thing but when you can’t pay attention and continuously forget the sandwich your are making it makes for a very poor experience. This location is always out of ingredients as well.

The franchise owner of this location needs to seriously step up. The only guy behind the counter- is definitely new and should not be on his own. This is the second time I’ve gone in and there are only 2 options of bread, the cookies were definitely not baked fresh… oh and if you would like extra toppings, it’s not an option here. When I asked for extra olives, he said he couldn’t- when I said I was happy to pay for the extra he said he can’t or there wouldn’t be enough inventory for other people. Are we on an olive ration I was unaware of? This guy needs to be trained, needs more help behind the counter, and if you’re running out of olives, run next door to King Soopers. 2 strikes on this location is more than enough for me. If you’re in the area, just go to Jimmy John’s next door.

A decent Subway. They have a lot of employees working here so service is fairly quick. The restaurant is usually not too busy and there are a lot of tables to eat at. This Subway is close to the location where I get my hair cut so I stop by every do often.

This was our first and last time in. Don’t know the kids name who “helped” us but he was awful. First off with that much hair he really should be wearing a hair net. Second if customers are inconveniencing you by coming in maybe you should find a job where there aren’t customers. We didn’t catch his name he wasn’t wearing a name tag and when we were paying he walked into the back before we were finished didn’t say goodbye, bag our sandwiches or offer us a receipt. He was done before we were. When he was making our sandwiches (not even on the bread we wanted because you only have white or wheat) we had to repeat ourselves numerous times because he wasn’t listening. Very rude!
