My favorite place to get wings since the days of wings n things. I’m very happy to have a location so close to me. The food is great and consistent quality in my experience. The staff seems to take it pretty easy, no sense of urgency and not exceptionally eager to engage with customers who are trying to navigate their menu which has been ongoing continuous changes. When you finally get your food it’s such a relief and your reminded why it’s worth visiting again and again. I also appreciate the rotating deals and offers they have for menu items. Great franchise and excited for their growth I just hope the staff at this location can go through more customer service training.

I usually don’t do reviews but if I could give zero stars I would cause I asked for chicken fries with mild sauce obviously no sauce was even put on it I’ve had this issue before twice already and this time again and they just kept saying the same thing got to bring it in to make it again when I’m literally at home they won’t refund you so I practically just wasted gas going to a place where they should’ve done it right but obviously should’ve known they messed up again honestly this wings n things has gone downhill bad.

Food was WONDERFUL. Staff was great. The cashier Chad was a very welcoming employee and even when mistakes were made with my food he helped me with everything and made sure everything was perfect next time it came out. Definitely an employee who takes care of his customers. Great customer service. Definitely will be back.

One of the better locations in terms of quality of food. However, what really sets this establishment miles above the rest is the customer service. Upon arriving, there was a line of about 6 people who all were attended very quickly by the employees behind the register. What definitely stood out was how inviting and helpful Julian was. I dined in and observed as Julian went around several times asking all patrons, myself included, if everything was to their satisfaction. He maintained his friendly disposition and contagious enthusiasm the entire time which made the visit that much more enjoyable. We had a brief conversation and I was on my way. He’s a solid addition to the Epic Wings team. Give him a raise! Good job Julian!

Probably my least favorite Epic Wings location. Upon entering staff were quite busy being on their phones, one of them even rolled their eyes out upon taking our order. Some great customer service I tell you. Food was digestable. Wings and breadsticks felt like they were microwaved warm and seasoned to cover it up. Blue Cheese had a odd taste to it, possibly expired. I didn’t complain because I was out with someone, and we were trying to enjoy the best of the situation. Won’t take this location into future considerations.

I was waiting there for 10 min for my order that was already made . The people working were too busy talking to their friend . Like do the pay you to be attentive to the orders that are coming out or just playing around with your coworker and friend ? When he finally decided to pay attention to me … I told him how come you didn’t give me my order if it was easy 10 min ago ? He responded and said we called it but no response……. Okay but if you see someone standing there for 10 min you are not going to ask if I need help . Horrible experience. Also I was the only one waiting. No excuse. He never called my order . So frustrating

Been coming to wings n things for over 14 years. This facility is super clean and has great customer service. They live up to the name “best wings ever”. We prefer the individual strip combo. Every once in a while we get the pizza sticks

Will never go back! Very disappointed in the customer service from Stacy. There was a misunderstanding at the register in which I did not receive what I wanted and after I asked to get it remade she was very rude. As an employee in customer service, your job is to make sure the customer receives what they wanted. Regardless of the type of misunderstanding that took place. Ashley was the cashier that helped me out and was very helpful. A cook that was walking by was in shock by the way in which Stacey spoke to me. She should not be working in customer service. She acted like the food that was remade came out of her pocket. Very unprofessional employee! As a manager at another restaurant, I can tell this employee should not be working here. This is the first time I ever write a review but it was most definitely deserved! Terrible experience

I stopped at this location because my last experience from the oceanside location left me high and dry, terrible experience. This one in San Marcos was a complete opposite. Food is my first impression always but I have to comment on the greeting once I walked in. It made feel like buying more food. The fellow at the front was friendly, he even brought my order to my table. Very impressed here. Food was on point, like I remember. Complementary extra dipping sauce was brought out to me no questions asked. This location renewed my faith for this local chain. Great job here
