I went inside and ordered through the phone app (I even got a BOGO double cheeseburger deal through the app). I paid through the app via my credit card on file, showed the cashier my order number on the phone, and quickly received my order. The employees were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant and restroom were clean. I had customized the toppings on both burgers using the app and they both came out correct and perfectly cooked.

Mc Donald’s are known for consistency of product and this visit was anything but consistent. The servers definitely need more training as I feel the only thing they (2 servers) are capable of doing is trash as it mirrors the service they provided. 2 times I returned my order and it STILL DIDN’T COME OUT RIGHT. I LEFT. No stars. Only frustration.

Came through today and ordered a #9. Was told to pull forward because they were making fresh hashbrowns. 3 cars behind me pulled to the side waiting for food as well. 10 minutes passed and every one AFTER me got their order. Then an employee asked me what I was waiting for. I’m waiting for you all to do your job! I’m going to call corporate on this.
