I had the worst experience at this location yesterday 3/26/23. While in the drive through I ordered a small hot coffee and a caramel craze iced Latte. I had 610 points in rewards and wanted to use 400 towards the small coffee. I showed the employee at the window my phone she double scanned and then asked me to pay full price for the items. I said to her nicely you just scanned a voucher that should have covered the small coffee, she said that it didn’t register on her screen. I said to her “ma’am her is my phone that shows the date and time I converted the points to redeem them for the small coffee and it’s showing -400 points now. She said hold on let me get someone. She spoke to a lady who I heard told her to come back when the manager is there to discuss that but I have to pay full price right now. I said to the lady look at my phone it’s showing that you guys just took -400 points for my coffee. She said there’s nothing we can do about it if it doesn’t show up. I said ok I’ll just contact corporate in the morning. She said ok. I drove to park the car and go inside to ask for their names as reference when speaking to corporate or the manager and the lady told me she wasn’t giving me her name. I asked again and she made up a random name as the girl at the window laughed. I decided not to argue so I left the building and went on with my day. I will definitely be calling customer service/corporate as soon as they open and I’ll be going back to this location to speak with a manager. I ended up leaving both drinks and not getting anything, I’m so disappointed in the terrible service I received.

Is a fine donut stop if you go for a brief takeaway. I ordered a sourdough sandwich and a caramel macchiato with almond milk and then some donuts to take home. However make sure that your order is exactly correct. I have lactose intolerance and I’m now nauseating and puking all over tamaracville!(just kidding!) Almond milk prevents that kind of attack but one of the employees might have given me whole milk which cause me to be sick. Please be specific of the kind of milk, or they may accidentally send you to the hospital because of a brief mistake. I’ll probably order something else next time. Still great personality for a brief bite.

For one of their menu staples, you’d think they would put cheese on a bacon,egg, and cheese croissant.. I ordered two, and neither had cheese on it. This is somehow better than the last time I got my sandwich here when the guy just threw the sandwiches in a paper bag without wrapping it and handed it to me.

They gave me a stale muffin on 09/28/22. It was so smelly and taste weird as soon as I took the first bite I spit it out. I’m mad I wasted money at that location. I will not be going back again because who knows what other stale item they will give me.
