Hoptown was an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as I stepped in it smelled like absolute heaven. The wait for a table was reasonable for the time of day. It was a little loud and the kids got a bit overwhelmed inside, our server, Lily was attentive and personable and allowed us to move to an outside table with no problem. The drinks were excellent, the pizza was incredible, the building is beautiful and has that small town hidden in the mountains feeling, while still being easily accessible.

I’m in love with the handmade gnocchi, it is incredible. Had the one with house wines. Pizza was delicious too. Great service, cheerful waiters, and love the interior decor, as well as the outdoor seating area. We’re just passing through and are so happy to find this gem. Saved it and will come again.

Wish I could give Hop Town a better rating. However, the service was atrocious. We were seated and waited on before a group of 6 came in. However, their exact appetizer was delivered to them first. Even their main course was delivered before our appetizer. We had to flag down the help for everything, including the bill. We had just come off a 5 day dog show and were beat. No excuse, they were downright rude. Won’t be stopping by there again. However they did have parking for our 40′ motor coach.

Seriously great “off the chain” pizza! It’s worth the drive and is a local secret. Hop Town WFP is creative with taste and high in quality. The pies are large and crust is perfect (I’m not a crust lover) not too tough and chewy. Service is exceptional and helpful. The ambiance reminds me of restaurants in the deep southern USA with the focus on the groceries and character in the building. We have had New York pizza, Chicago pizza and like Hop Town Wood Fired Pizza the best without all the grease. A local fav. Bon appetito and salud.

I couldn’t love this pizza more! We started with cheesy bread and finished by splitting a Caesar salad, with a cheese pizza for the littles, a HopDaddy pizza for me, and a custom pizza for my daughter. I was delighted they also serve Mexican coke. My daughter enjoyed a local beer. The clientele is there for the same reason we were – great pizza! It’s worth the drive! I’ll definitely return.

I can’t believe we have not been here before now. The Elote was so good with their pizza bread sticks! Will be back again.

My wife and I had heard great things and decided to visit for dinner. We ordered a Caesar salad and a pizza with Roma tomatoes on the side. They were very busy and it’s a very cool atmosphere. Our salad came out and sat on the counter for about 20 minutes, a couple waitresses looked at it and left it there. Our first waitress was very nice but then another one took over. She seemed angry and bothered. We finally got our salad and it was small and not great. Quite a bit later we did get our pizza. they had cooked the Roma tomatoes in a small dish and they looked amazing but our waitress dropped them on the floor. She then went and got fresh Roma tomatoes put them in a bowl and proceeded to drop those on the floor. Then she got a small dish and put fresh, sliced regular tomatoes cold in a bowl and dropped them on our table saying I dropped your tomatoes twice and walked off Not a sorry not anything else. Pizza was great, but really some of the worst service I’ve ever had.

We visited central WA for a girls trip and found this place on google maps. When we arrived the hostess let us know how the silo and eatery worked. We went out to the silo and couldn’t find a shaded table so we ended up sitting in front of the eatery at one of the tables. I went inside and let the hostess know, she gave us 2 more menus and advised that she’d send someone over momentarily. Maybe 15 mins went by and no one came so we decided to move tables closer to the door the waiters came out of and then asked who could take our order. I get that the place is busy but I think there needs to be a better way of keeping track of tables needing to be visited. I got the Second Harvest pizza and it looked amazing, but I was disappointed by the sogginess of the entire center. I think if they chopped up the artichokes it won’t be as soggy or used fresh ones. For the price of that pizza and most of it being soggy…definitely not worth it. I did appreciate them having other sauces besides red too. The one star is for the hype I gave it before tasting it.

Looked a little bleak from the road, but was completely the opposite. The pizza is cooked with wood in a brick oven and was really good. The staff were very nice and attentive. Emma was sweet and efficient. We all had the lunch combo that came with an individual pizza and salad. Nice selection of microbrews on tap.
