The place is very modern and welcoming. It’s a busy location with lots of call ins. The prices are comparable with the other Harold’s so wing prices are up all over ( 6 wings $13). The service is good and nice young people waiting on you. It’s good to allow young adults to work and learn. Its not a fast turnaround as they cook to order so it’s over 20 minute wait, so that’s why call ins are high.

Customer service is terrible. I order 5 dinners and paid over $60 to get home and one of the orders were not in the bag. Instead of apologizing and remaking the order the cashier and cook went back and forth with me and eventually remade the order. I can understand making a mistake but to go back and forth with the customer is a no no, especially when you’re in the wrong. There was no apology, just attitude.. Needless to say I won’t be back anytime soon..

Horrible Service! I’ll just call this review ” Theft by deception” Please DO NOT spend your money at this establishment. I order at noon was told that it will take 25mins, however because I frequently dine at this restaurant I knew better. Arrived at 1:10 and asked prior to paying for my order if it was ready. I was told by the cashier that it was, only to find out that they were out of what I order. Such a shame that I was not given a refund, or any food for my inconvenience. IKR highway robbery. A waste of Time, Gas, & more importantly Money. Things got so out of control with the amount of disrespect that I had to call the Homewood Police Department, to Mediate the situation. I later had a conversation with the owner who is such a egotistical human being, he only over talked me, did not properly handle my complaint, never apologized for my inconvenience or the waste of my time. This establishment is a rip off, how can you fault your paying customer, because you were out of a item in which they ordered and paid for.

Food is usually pretty decent, however it seems like they should have a process by now where the food doesn’t take so long to be processed. No matter if calling in or ordering at the restaurant, you’re guaranteed at least 45-60 min wait (and that’s even after they tell you 15 min).

I ordered my food online and was charged a card fee. The only way to not get a card fee is to order in the store and pay cash. That is fine if you don’t mind the wait. If it is in the evening you can have a long wait.

My daughter purchased food from this location after 8pm on June 17th. She ate 2 wings that night and as she started to warm her food the following morning, she found a fried bug underneath a wing. She took the food back to Harold’s that morning(June 18th) to be told that they could only recook her food and that the manager is the only one who could refund her money back on Monday. I called on Monday to speak with the manager but he was out most of the day. I finally spoke to him after 7:00pm. I explained to him about the bug being in the food, he informed me that the bug had to get in the food between the time she left the store to her arrival at home because they don’t have bugs or never had any issues with bugs in the 12 years that they’ve been open. We went back & forth debating for over 15mins because he was certain that the bug didn’t come from there. He stated that he is not refunding the money & I can go ahead & call the health department because they already do pop-ups a couple times a month. I’m pretty such he may add a lengthy response as he likes to argue with customers.

Staff are nice, food cooked to order and they dont get an attitude if you ask for your food to be cooked a certain way. They missed adding my 2nd piece of chicken to my 1/4 meal with my last order but overall good and not too salty.

I called a order in friday for 10 wings at 6:30 and they said they will text when ready its 7:30 never got a text saying anything i go back in the store to check cashier with the braids lightskin had a nasty attitude rolling her eyes and the other cashier was very pleasant i said it take almost 2 hours for 10 wings I want nothing but my money back very bad service
