They shorted my order for the second time this week. Then the guy that picked up the phone hung up on me when confronted about it. He said he would have another one out shortly and hung up. He didn’t ask for any of my information, so I will update if it shows up. ( I find this unlikely)

I was delivered a smashed sandwich that was definitely made with the day old bread, tough as leather. I don’t know what they did to squish it but this thing was less than an inch thick. Jacked up to the point where it was certainly intentional.

(Delivery) The sandwich, drink, pickle were just fine. Ordered from the app. Clicked the chips and napkins, didn’t get chips or napkins. Called and was told I would get a credit. Months ago I ordered from the app and something similar happened. Was missing pickle and napkins that time and they bombed my bag with the kicking ranch Ranch was all over the inside of that bag so I called and was again told I would be given a credit. Both times I’ve been offered a credit it was “we can give you 1 or 2 dollars off your next order if you’d like?” So not only was I offered a credit less than the items I was missing but I wasn’t compensated for the time they decided to deliver a sack full of ranch. The food is tasty, no issues there, but having ordered twice from the app and having less than expected deliveries is discouraging.

OMGOSH!!! I LOVE the staff that was here today at 11am on 12/29!! I got the absolute BEST welcoming when I walked in! A young man yelled “WELCOME TO JIMMY JOHN’S”!!! I failed to get his name, but he knows who he is! The rest of the staff was just as friendly ☺️ Asked how my day was, and super fast! I’m on my way home to Minnesota, still 5 hours to go, and I’m coming from visiting family in Chicago. This made my day! This management here must be doing something right Your employees are fantastic! THANK YOU GUYS!…..and to think I almost went to Jersey Mikes!

Update 09/2021…our local Jimmy John’s is still rocking it!! They are adapting and overcoming staff shortages, supply chain shortages…but no shortage of excellent customer service and great sandwiches!! Way to got team Hudson…you guys are killing it!!
