I mentioned to the person that took my order to please on the orange chicken, to make sure I get pieces of chicken not dough. And they ignore it and gave me 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and the rest was dough If I wanted dough I would have gotten a sandwich or a pizza. If I come back I will stick with teriyaki chicken instead. Your company is taking advantage of customers and giving them more dough than chicken on the Orange and Honey chicken, it’s a shame the greed for money and trying to keep overhead down. I guess that a way to save money

The staff was very pleasant. The lady who was working drive-thru was always courteous and smiling and and even when she got one order wrong she actually joked about it. Got the customer laughing and corrected it. Awesome place. All the staff is really friendly

They sure don’t give you the usual amount of food most Panda’s give. Twice I’ve asked for sweet and sour and twice it wasn’t included. Tonight they said they don’t have any but gave me plum sauce. Food doesn’t seem fresh.

Usually we love it here, but paid $37 on 2/7 for a meal that was never delivered (not PE’s fault), and was told they’d send a new meal. The tracker updated that the meal was in progress so we didn’t plan on anything else. Received call back 30 min later stating they couldn’t make a new meal after all, and promised a refund that was never given. Not great.
