Well…the nuggets were hot and good but not what I ordered. I wanted the hot and spicy and got the regular ones. Very disappointed because that is what I wanted! I leave about 35 miles away and found out when I got home. I tried to reach out about it but heard nothing back. But on a positive note, the lady in the drive thru was nice and friendly!

Do Not go here during any peak rush hour times!! The lines are absolutely dreadful and it took us 40 minutes to get all the way through during our lunch break. Also their dining rooms are STILL CLOSED due to covid (unlike EVERYONE else that has reopened) yet they fail to have signs posted stating this so you end up trying to walk in and they YELL AT YOU. I was embarrassed and quite heated after this happened that they didn’t have a sign and then got so upset, like I was supposed to be aware of this ahead of time. Overall worst place I have been “fast-food” wise in a while. Not worth the hassle or the headache.

Just went through ordered a spicy nugget combo, but got a 4×4. My nuggets are not even spicy. Called to have them fix it but the only way that can be done is for me to come back in to get a refund or replace my food. I’m back at work and don’t have time.

It took over 20min to get to the menu board. 2 cars a head of us and no one inside. Then when I got to finally order she held me at the menu board for 5min before taking my order. I understand if it’s busy completely but only 2 cars for 25min wait

It was disappointing to drive thru the drive thru on Wednesday 11/17/21. I pulled up and the parking lot was empty looking and the lights were off… it was 7:20PM so I knew they weren’t closed. I pulled up to the menu and no one said anything for 5 minutes so I drove by the drive thru window to see many employees just sitting in there. I thought maybe I didn’t hit the buzzer when I drove up so I decided to drive around and try again. Sat there for 5 more minutes while a worker looked out the window at me in the drive thru playing on her phone. Shortly before I decided to leave, multiple employees came out and not ONE of them said anything to me even though I had my window rolled down ready to order. They all got into random cars that had pulled into the parking lot while 3 other cars sat confused behind me. They were playing music loud, honking in the parking lot, and straight up rude. To make it even more irritating the employees came out with drinks and food in their hand making it seem as if they all just quit and walked out. I don’t really mind I didn’t get service, I just wish they could have been more professional and told me they weren’t working anymore rather than walking right past my car and not saying anything to me. This is also not the first time I’ve been upset with this location, so I’ll have to stick to the 84th location from now on where they are most of the time friendly.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Not only did they not give me my full order but then they proceeded to argue with me When I ask for the sandwich that they forgot to put in my bag, and 1 of my children wouldn’t have food. Ended up having to go down the street to Burger King to be able to get food for my other child so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line again.I would recommend going anywhere except for this restaurant!!!!

This food is good, but terrible promises. So the manager said they have out of carbonation for 2 months and when we ask for meals they charge us extra when we asked to have them sub for frosties. They promise a 10% off, but they end up not applying it. They miss few item we ask, so we were not satisfied at all.

I don’t know if it’s a lack of employment or the willingness of employees. I ordered a small Frosty and I had to wait 10 minutes to gain my order. When I succeeded to the window the hostess sighed relief. I hope this offers an insight to the GM’s view into their business.

I would love to know what this Wendy’s locations deal is. Every single time I come here there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Multiple times gotten the wrong drinks. A lot of the times I’m missing sauces I asked for. Today the onions were missing from both bourbon burgers and one of my drinks was filled up halfway. I was the ONLY customer so I’m not sure what the deal was with rushing the drinks and missing ingredients. I’ll just have to start going to the one on 84th because this is the worst Wendy’s in Lincoln.

The whole store didn’t know how to take two separate orders for a single car. Not only did it take them ten minutes to figure out how to do it, they also got the order wrong. At that point I just accepted the loss.
