We called back to make sure we got the garlic butter sauce. He said its included so I asked if we could get a couple more he said yes at no charge. We got none!!! The guy that took the order was so fast and hung up before I could ask him the total.

I’d been a long time customer (8 years) of this Papa John’s but a few weeks ago, the manager lost me. I ordered two small pizzas for $31 or so. No problem until they called me back and told me they were out of small pizza doughs. (not rocket science… Take a larger one and cut a little off it, right?) No. They only had large and the price was $51+. Can I chat with the supervisor to see if there’s a solution here? She got on the phone and I suggested that since I’d placed the order and a price was agreed upon it kinda makes it a contract and that should’ve been that. The second call should’ve been to say they’re sending out two large since that’s all they had left but not to worry…. It’ll be the same price but no…. She said, “Your order is cancelled” then hung up on me. This let me find out that Pizza Hut makes a fairly good pizza.

The best gluten free Alfredo pizza I’ve ever had. Edge to edge cheese and not burnt like a lot of gluten free pizzas I’ve had before. Sorry I didn’t get to take a picture of the actual pizza. It was gone shortly after I received a very quick delivery. I also loved the spicy garlic sauce. It’s better than the original but wow is it spicy! But I love spicy stuff. The only thing is I ordered a cheese sauce and I only got a spicy garlic which I’d ordered and a garlic sauce. I don’t know if the garlic sauce still comes with the pizza. I really did want that cheese sauce! It was ordered correctly too. Maybe I can get it with my next order? I don’t live in key west I visit friends every couple of months.

Started calling at 10:25pm for carry out. After being on hold for almost 10 minutes we decided to try to order online. Online ordering said no longer taking orders. Walked across the street at 10:35 even thought Google says they close at 11pm and was turned away. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Doors were open, store doesn’t close until 11pm and they stopped answering the phone accepting online order 30 minutes prior to close. Papa John would be disgusted. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

As I heard from people that work in customer service jobs. The employees should be respectful to the customers. The experience I had at this place had no customer satisfaction whatsoever and this is that story. I was here to get a quick bite with relatives. The experience I had was inadequate. Customer service was insufficient. During the time I was there I heard about 4-5 calls and no one answered. When the pizza came there was bacon in one slice of the pizza; didn’t notice until we ate half a slice each, which is 3 people. Then we noticed there was bacon and we requested for another one because our order was wrong. She demanded that she would make a medium pizza, when we ordered large. Then she proceeded to make the medium pizza. Overall our experience was abhorrent, in my opinion I do not recommend going to this vile place. Our original order cost $35 and we lost about $15 from this.

I was here New Year’s Eve at around 8pm. There was only one woman there at the store. She rocked it. They were off the chain crazy. Yet, she did it all by herself. It is awful that she was there by herself same on you manager and staff. Big props to my girl. I don’t know how she handled it. I know she was stressed but she wasn’t showing it at all. Professional all the way. Very pleasant. Super efficient she was making boxes tagging boxes before the pizzas workout stacking boxes to make sure she was completely organized so that not a second of her time would be wasted. plus my pizza was hot delicious and in better shape than when I’ve gone there and there were multiple people working. Great experience but still shame shame on you management and staff.
