Now I remember why I haven’t gone here in so long. Just went through the drive-through, and the girl that helped me asked small med or large? I clearly said medium. She gives me lage. No big deal.. I also ordered a cheesecake. Not only did I not get any napkins or a straw for my filled to the very top, drink. She also decided not to give me a fork or spoon for the cheesecake either. Do better jack in the box. Wasn’t going to leave a review at all after I realized I didn’t get a straw or napkins, but when I noticed I had no utensils, that was the deciding factor. I’m in a work truck and don’t eat out enough to remember to ask for items that usually come with every meal.

Dear readers beware of the late shift. The hour was late after a long drive and we thought to grab a quick bite. We landed on this restaurant even though it can be a bit pricey. We knew they would be quick and food will still be great. We had no idea how wrong we were gonna be. The first ten minutes was understandable because of the three cars in front of us. The second ten minutes was kinda annoying but we had been in the car for awhile. The third ten minutes and we were down right mad. The fourth and final ten minutes and we got to the window. Finally we can get our food and leave. The meals was already waiting for us. But when I asked how long it had been they told us at least 25 minutes. They said they can remake it. But it had been 40 minutes at that point and I was done. Stay away from this place.

This past visit early at 1:30 was not enjoyable. Seem to have gotten a little bit of attitude from the person taking my order. She then told me to go to a spot while they make my food cuz I guess it was taking a little bit longer. Waited 15 minutes and had to go inside the store and take my toddler out of my car while on my lunch so I can get my food. Person I took my order blamed it on not having enough workers when we all know that priority beats all

The food was good and the restaurant was clean but we were left standing in line for quite a long time. We were the only people in line to order and were there at least 5 minutes waiting to order. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru, and the staff was solely focused on drive-thru orders. Two other people showed up inside and waited behind us. One individual got tired of waiting to be helped and walked out. It’s not really a big deal, but putting off dine in to only help drive thru is not the best approach to keep people coming back. Once we were helped, the cashier was very friendly. Overall not a bad experience, but perhaps they could focus on dining in the same as drive thru orders.

I used to come here regularly and had no issues with food and drink I don’t know if they hired newer staff or what but the girl with the blonde hair is extremely rude my first encounter was asking if she could add on chicken tenders for my son and she laughed while her manger was dealing with the order because she couldn’t add them on? And in turn she(blonde headed girl) messed up my whole order by talking to whoever was making it and laughing because I ended up with two orders of chicken tenders when my other order was popcorn chicken (I spoke on the phone to an Amber and she was nicer and offered to fix it.) the second time I visited today my order was messed up again instead of curly fries I got regular ones had to turn all the way around and not even a sorry for the mix up or anything I work two jobs a fast food one and a office one and I never get things mixed up unless this girl does it on purpose other than that I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you want your food always wrong and rude staff.

It’s not a reflection of fast food… But how do you rate quick simple greasy food. The only thing I can tell you is it’s take them forever to fulfill something that is quick and simple the time it takes them to fulfill in order is too long…. If I choose to walk into store it takes them forever because drive-through takes precedence over people in the the store.
