After getting chicken nuggets right when they started serving lunch that were hard as hockey pucks… I had ordered a double cheeseburger just ketchup, extra onion. They messed that up, so a new one was made… pics posted of this monstrosity. Awful! Reached out to McDonald’s, waiting for response for this. It’s not ok.

8-15-23. 3 time stopping for breakfast in the last month. 1 time I couldn’t even get food. As soon as I pulled up in the drive through the guy said it would be atleast 30 min wait before I even ordered at 730am. The other 2 times was over 20 min in the drive through and was only me and another car

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It took 25 minutes to get my food in the Lobby while the staff stood around and goofed off, making jokes and showing each other things on their phones in front of my family and another family that was waiting in the lobby. These young people working here were completely oblivious and disrespectful. After 15 min, one worker came and asked if we had ordered something. So disappointing. After 25 minutes we finally got our food, after my husband heard the one blonde male worker complaining about having to make the food. Why work in food service if you don’t want to do the food service work?! I will never bring my family here again, and will warn everyone I know about the awful service here. I worked at a McDonald’s for 1.5 years and have never disrespected a customer the way these workers did, and never made a nasty soggy burger like I was served.

They barely get your order right. They answered the phone. Said “oh it’s probably someone calling to complain” then hung up on me. The fries taste disgusting this place does not seem to change the oil. Anything fried has a dirty taste. But they stay in business because there is not much around here. So they can do whatever they want.

The lady came up and didn’t even greet us. We were the only people in there and the food took a while. My a Big Mac was drenched in sauce and I got cold fries. A lady came in complaining about having to reorder her food.

My husband fell and cut his hand. Sam, a young man at the counter, was super helpful. He retrieved the restaurant’s first aid kit and helped by giving me some bandages and ointment. We got my husband bandaged up and ordered two Shamrock shakes and a large fry. Sam was spot-on in taking my order by keying in the no whipped cream. He was also right in saying the Shamrock shakes were a little liquidy. His manager said the shakes were the normal way they made them and added the whipped cream. Well, not only did Sam provide excellent service, but he was right. They were a little more liquidy than normal. Nevertheless, the fries were hot and salty. Overall, it was a great experience. Hats off to Sam! You did an excellent job! Thank you!
