The food was hot and fresh. I thought someone was gonna be serving the food. I purchased lunch to go at $5.15 lbs, my plate weight was 1.66 lbs. I sanitized my hands before and after touching the serving spoons and again once outside.

I’m changing my rating because this place is in serious need of a cleaning. The walls, s/p shackers, sugar caddies are barely half full at 1130. Clean up this restaurant please. We quit coming here bc the food is ok with mediocre service. We go across the bridge to eat in a clean, well serviced establishment.

The food was dry, not fresh, and very cold. Most of the trays were empty. We spoke to the manager and they did nothing about it, saying the food was fresh. If that’s fresh, then what are these brown avocados. Do not recommend. Also the servers were not paying attention, on their phones, and gave attitude.

Horrible food that will make you sick. Last time I went I was in the bathroom for 2 days spraying out of both ends. They let the food sit out for so long it rots. And if that’s even if they have food. The owners don’t want to put food out, they won’t inform you that “dinner started and it’s an extra $4 a person” and if there is any disagreement about the bill, service, ect their first reaction is to call the police rather than a manager.

Chinese is something that varies between people. With that being said this was the worst Chinese buffet I ever experienced. I tried several things…Chicken Broccoli – Crab Rangoon – Lo Mein – Green Beans – Fish even the Potatoes. Everything except the Lo Mein was bad. And the temperature inside the place felt like a sauna. Which I could’ve dealt with had the food been good. The plus side was I told the guy checking us out how bad it was and that our food except bites here and there is still all on the table. He discounted us 50%. We literally went to McDonald’s got a Big Mac meal and was happy to get it.

I arrived at 3pm. 90% of the food was dried out. I paid 10.99 plus 2.50 for the sodas. The buffet was switching over to dinner/higher price. I guess thats why it was allowed to dry out etc. I can see if the covers are low and you decide to do smaller containers or 1/4 full containers keeping it fresh….but the food was awful. My server didn’t greet me just placed soda and walked off.

Food was bland and there was not a lot of variety on the buffet and we got there a little after 6pm. We were there for about 45 minutes and not once did the waiter come to refresh our drinks or ask if there w anything we needed. When my husband asked the waiter if they were serious about the limited options. The waiter’s response was, and this is verbatim, “did you look at the buffet before you sat down? And you still chose to stay?” He then proceeded to walk away. Needless to say, this response was unacceptable! We asked the hostess (who is the best thing this restaurant has going for it) for the manager and she said there was no manager on site. When my husband said we weren’t going to pay, she went in the back and was apparently told to relay to us that if we didn’t pay they would have to call the police. My husband advised her that it wasn’t the issue of money, it was about not being able to speak with manager to resolve an issue. After about 30 minutes, the kitchen manager finally came out. Although our meal was comped, he seemed nonchalant about the limited options saying they refilled the buffet at least twice since we had arrived. This was incorrect because my husband was facing the buffet and watching for food to be brought out. Again, the KM found an excuse for everything. You can best believe we will NEVER go there again. To top it off, there was another customer who frequents the restaurant several times a week who has witnessed the same waiter be extremely rude to customers

The food on the food bar was completely cool and a lot of the metal containers that held dishes were quite low. We told the people at the front about the food being cold and of course they act like you don’t know what your talking about, even though it’s so obvious. Won’t go back!
