The drinks are so so here. Definitely not the best. But the workers are always very friendly and upbeat, which is a huge plus. The food is terrible, especially for the price. So I typically stick with donuts and coffee.

I asked for a medium iced coffee with cream, sugar, mocha, raspberry and a small iced coffee with cream caramel and hazelnut. The medium had no mocha and the small had 3 of everything, it was way too sweet. I went back and asked them to remake my drinks. They remade the medium how it was supposed to be made but they only put cream in the small.

I went to the drive-through. The girl that took our order was rude and rushed us. We got the little everything bagel bites and they were very good but under done and cold.. They would have been miraculous had they been cooked or heated well . We also got a Charlie cold foam with extra sugar and it had no sugar in it. Sorry I don’t like to give bad reviews but here it is.

Never been so disappointed. The cashier gave us attitude and I asked for Turkey Sausage on a sandwich because I cannot have anything pork. And we ended up with loads of bacon on the sandwich. Then my girlfriend asked for egg and cheese sandwich and got no cheese. I already took off not knowing that would be the case.

Coffee taste like raw sewage, two days in a row I have ordered a small frozen coffee and it taste like they haven’t cleaned their coffee pots or made a fresh pot of coffee in weeks. The morning drive thru staff is slow, and rude. They never give napkins unless asked and today placed our receipt right on top of the frosting of our donut.

The girls that work here are literally so ignorant I’m not sure why they work at Dunkin if they can’t stand people. I come in every single day and get the same order occasionally adding an extra coffee or food for a friend, I have never in my life heard little girls huff and puff the way that these ones do when they have to make a medium iced coffee. I have been screamed at over the window and left waiting for over 30 minutes. These college kids need some serious help and need to get basic human decency. They don’t even let you finish a sentence before interrupting you with “anything else” between every breath I take. Overall the worst workers in the city of kent. So disappointed. Do better.

Last time I was their I waited 20 minutes inside (with others waiting just as long) for my takeout order when it seemed there were at least 6 workers just standing there. Also there’s a worker there that I have seen multiple times “toss” peoples food on the counter inside. Truly tosses it and I’m so shocked there aren’t more reviews about this. I get that sometimes their busy and I truly try to give the botd to them… but tossing a food bag is straight up rude. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns just to have bags thrown is my last straw.

Sad. This place used to be good. Recently however, it took a turn for the worse: the last two times I have been there I ordered with mobile order and the food came out half frozen. I had to go back and they refused to remake the order right. Really? So I went to a different dunkin and they offered to make it right. I won’t be returning to this dunkin for a while.
