Came memorial day. Enjoyed the pizza. Its thin and crispy which I enjoy and they are not stingey on toppings. Chips and salsa good. Views nice from the patio. Service was good. Overall I have no complaints.

First time eating at US Pizza on Chenal and the young lady that waited on me. Very nice friendly customer service. The atmosphere it wasn’t anyone in there but for the most part seems to be okay. When I got home and opened the box to see my pizza. I wasn’t really that impressed. Now mind you this is a 13-in pizza but it looked like the cheese was overcooked. Eating the pizza was not bad. I’m a pizza connoisseur (I like pizza a lot!) But this was not thrilling. It was just okay, very plain. I prefer a thick, non-thin crust pizza versus a thin crispy pizza. Great location but the pizza was just okay. I would recommend it but only at a three-star rating.

Stop there for lunch Wife want it a salad chose the supreme salad she finished enjoy the meal . I had the Caesar salad, followed by a personal pan pizza with pineapple and Italian sausage. It was good as well. Nice atmosphere waitress, very courteous and engaged.

Loved this gem of a place. For it’s location I assumed it would be a more upscale restaurant. Not being critical at all. It’s truly a family pizza restaurant. Lots of kids running around enjoying the evening with their friends and families. I was surprised–like I said I thought it was more upscale from it’s location and it’s view/exposure etc. We sat on the balcony as did many other folks. Was full!! We’re greeted by our server right away- very sweet girl, excellent service. Also met with the manager who checked in with us at least twice. I was so amazed with this place. Best part about this was the food. Hubby and I were craving a good salad and they did not disappoint. Super fresh!! I could not eat pizza as I am on a keto diet. They made us a frittata which is usually on the brunch menu only. He made us one anyway even though it was dinnertime. Very impressed with this place!!

Attended this establishment for Brunch and the service was horrible. We ordered and waited more than 40 minutes for our food. The waitress did not check on us during the presentation of our food. 40 minutes or more we had our food delivered and it was over cooked. I asked the waitress if we could see the manager because I felt like we needed to get some form of discount because we had to wait so long and nobody came back to check on it. After the manager came to the table, she was very rude and disrespectful as I proceeded to share my experience with her of the service and the timeframe. She said that we could not get a discount today and that we only waited about 30 minutes for the pizza. She also said they were at the seat to take a little bit longer to prepare. I had them proceed to tell her that we’ve come here numerous times before, and it did not take this long, and the peaches did not look like this. She refused to hear me out and said that there was a large ahead of us, and that we had to wait due to the services that they were being requested to have at the larger party.

I took my lunch break to go pick up the pizza and the person in line ahead of me was allowed to sit there for 15 minutes waiting on their food rather than making them go around so that the next person could go. When I finally got to the window and got my order, my pizza was wrong. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to add pepperoni. The 3rd pizza was also wrong and I was told it would take another 25 minutes to get another. I got a refund and left. It is very ridiculous that I wasted my lunch and had to go somewhere else.

We had a party of 16 last night, and it was an awesome time! LaLa was our server, and she knocked it out of the park. She checked on us, the food was quick, and she was happy to help. I spoke to the owner as well to let him know how well she did. Y’all make sure you ask for LaLa! Thanks!
