I went inside to see the placing order for breakfast. They’re about 20 cars in line I thought I’d be quicker to go inside and get my food The wrong idea took 15 minutes to get somebody to see me There were only two people behind me waiting for their food. When I placed my order again I waited for about 10 minutes when I got my order it was wrong but not filled correctly. I asked to fulfill my order correctly and then say sorry for anything The McDonald’s in Danville Indiana needs to have an overhaul with workers.

They can’t get orders right. There’s no customer service at all. Horrible greetings. (what can I get for you?), no appreciation for my business. (pull up to the window.) I wait and wait for the orders in front of me to be filled, yet when I’m at the window, they tell me to pull up to the curbside spot. Then when she brings out my order, it’s the wrong one. I stop by McDonald’s because I like their breakfast, and I expect fast service since that’s what they claim to do. Yet it took me 12 minutes and, since I had already paid, I was late for work. If Chick-fil-A can do it why can’t McDonald’s?

Pretty rude staff. Two customers in front of me got treated really bad. They let me order something, pay for it and then turned right back around and told me it’s not available. I felt like they were completely overwhelmed with everything. One of the girls kept saying that they’re too busy. There were 3 customers in the restaurant and 3 cars in the drive thru. I really don’t think that’s bad, yet everybody was overwhelmed and had a terrible attitude. Won’t come back.

Sadly the food is never good here anymore. I never get fresh fries they’re always cold and old and the cheeseburgers are insanely salty and never even warm let alone hot. The buns are also always stale. I try to get when they’re busy to get better food and it doesn’t help. Also wish there were healthy options on the menu. Like how hard is it to offer something that even resembles a healthy option.

This is easily one of the worst McDonalds in the state. Not even joking. I don’t care about waiting for my food but don’t ever try giving me uncooked food. Me and my 2 year old got very ill from McNuggets at this location a year ago. Went tonight just to see if things where better and NOPE. Nuggets are still not properly cooked nor are the fries. Health Department needs to shut this location down.

I eat McDonald’s alot and it’s clean and speedy. The only thing I used to get upset about is the number 7 meal. I say no cheese no condiments . Just 2 plain hamburg bread and meat only and most of the time they ask what do you want on your second cheeseburger. Lol and I always get cheeseburgers! I give Live Life Laugh!

I just had the craziest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I had 2 orders the first order was just a quarter pounder. The next order they charged me for another quarter pounder plus the things I actually ordered. When I called and told the manager that they accidentally charged me she told me it was my fault for not checking. I told her I just got home and she told me there is nothing she can do. I drive the quarter pounder back up there and the receipts and said can I get a refund for this I didn’t order it. She told me no and that it was my fault. At this point I’m and and wondering if this chick is serious. I asked the dude at the register working there if he would be upset if he was me and he said yes just to make sure I wasn’t the only one who’d be upset if they were charged for something they didn’t order. She finally gave me my refund but told me if they charged me again for something I didn’t order that I would not get a refund at which point I told her yes you will you cannot just push buttons and charge people for whatever you want. It was definitely a accident and I was in the moment so of course I said what all of us do this job is not that hard but people make mistakes so I apologize for saying that I was just ticked off at the time and taken back. I won’t be going back which stinks because of the convenience we eat there 2 to 4 times a week because of the busy family life.
