Love the food and the farm to table concept. Service is good but the place is quite tiny so tables are tight. Both times we visited, my chairs got kicked by people passing by.

Food was amazing. The spicy peanut sauce on the chicken wantons was delicious. The blackened cod with jumping pineapple and orange salsa was so good I forgot to take a picture. The raspberry cobbler bomb is a must have. Highly recommend Harry’s as the service is as greet as the food.

This little place blew us away! The best meal we’ve had since dining in Greece. Everything we had was so flavorful and gourmet all the way! Hard working people doing the right thing; a must try if you’re in the area

We have been coming to Harry’s for years and never had a bad meal. The bread they bring out is amazing. The salads that came with our meal were so fresh and the dressing are all house made and delicious. We had lobster stuffed mushrooms for an app, so good. Hubby had scallops with bacon over linguini and I had the grilled chicken with peanut sauce. Everything was perfect and the portions are good size. Best restaurant in the Okemo area.

The service was great and so was the food! We got lucky and got in without a reservation but this place got really busy fast. The garlic bread was great, the chicken parm was fantastic, and my wife also enjoyed her scallops casino. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I’ve been going to Harry’s for over 30 years. The food is so crazy-good because it is real home cooking. Trip has legacy recipes from his family and he seems to know just what goes with what in terms of flavors, spices, and herbs. The menu is so eclectic that I often pair different dishes to create my own little masterpiece. Debbie is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. “Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came.”

Went Sunday night as a last minute reservation and we sat at the bar. They were slammed. In spite of this they did a great job. Bartender was on point and the food was really good. Bought a house up the street not long ago this was our third time in 6 months and they haven’t disappointed us yet. Great Job Harry’s!

So disappointed. We were long time fans of Harry’s and were looking forward to a nice dinner. We had a 5:00 reservation for Sunday nite. Our party of 4 arrived right on time. The entire dining room was empty because the restaurant had just opened, yet we were seated in the bar (with a young child), in the back corner, in a very tight and uncomfortable booth. Clearly the table they try to get rid of to anyone who will accept it. I went up to the host and asked if we could be moved into the dining room since it was completely empty. He said he had no tables available since all of those tables were for people with 6:00 reservations. I suggested he seat one of those parties at our current table at 6:00 and move us into the dining room. He was very nasty to me, responded that it would mess up his schedule, he wasn’t going to do it, and he didn’t like my attitude. This was a young, sloppy looking guy, who clearly was in the wrong job. My daughter spoke to the woman behind the bar, who said his response to me was totally unacceptable, and yet we were still not moved. We really couldn’t believe we were treated so poorly, and decided to leave. I mean Harry’s food is ok, not great, and certainly not good enough to treaty people so poorly. We left and ended up going down the road to Calcutta’s at Fox Run Golf Course, which ended up being such a pleasant experience (good food, lovely atmosphere and really great service), we went back there today for lunch! There are new restaurants popping up around town and I work too hard to be treated the way this young man treated me and my family. I will never go back to Harry’s.

This restaurant has mostly positive reviews, so our experience may be an outlier. We also got the food to go — takeout. That can change the experience. We had to call 4.5 hours in advance to place a take-out order. This has been a normal operation for many restaurants in Ludlow, so we were sure to do that. Stopped to pick it up at exactly the correct time an had to wait 20 minutes for the food. All of that is really no big deal. The problem was the food. We had their specialty: Pad Thai. It was terrible. I eat a lot of Thai food. This was far from authentic Pad Thai. I wasn’t expecting it to be, but it was just bad. Overcooked Rice noodles and rubbery chicken. On top of that, the dish was flavorless. Our kids Chicken tenders were overly chewy and we discovered some of them were raw inside. This area of VT needs resturants like Harry’s. We visited many years ago at the other location at the corner of 100 & 103 and had a nice time. I’m hoping this was just a one time bad experience.

Just had the absolute best crab cake I’ve ever eaten. The seafood chowder was wonderful. I had a cup. Should have had a bowl. The lobster stuffed mushrooms were in a beautiful French onion soup like brine and had more flavor than you could imagine. I’m coming back tomorrow.
