I went in between lunch rush and dinner (2pm). The place was pretty empty. The staff was relaxed. There was one employee cleaning tables thoroughly. The food was excellent. I had a junior veggie burrito. The chips were fresh tasting, but room temperature. I will come back.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS! The manager, Jamie, refused to serve me today, because I asked for fresh food. He seems to have an issue with a particular group of people, considering this is my second incident at this location! I have contacted corporate and looking forward to pursuing all legal action. I will NOT accept the level of disrespect from this establishment!

Other reviewers’ complaints about the franchise owner/manager, Jamie, are unfortunately correct. He tries not to honor app discounts, tells you not to take more than 1 ramekin of FREE salsa, and has passive-aggressively shamed me for not leaving a tip for a takeout order. The allegations of racism do not surprise me.

I am hosting a small gathering this evening so I decided on a taco bar. I selected Moes because I had been to another gathering where they had Moes. I ordered online and it was super easy and quick but I was concerned that my order would be messed up due to the store maybe not seeing the order or forgetting. Needless to say, my husband went to pick it up at 5pm and he said that the service was phenomenal. The guy who helped him was SUPER helpful and everything was ready on time. Thank you Moes Decatur for allowing me to host my event with a yummy taco station. Oh and they make sure to provide EVERYTHING you would need to set up a taco bar. I wish I knew the guys name but he was great!

I need cooperate to investigate this because this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I ordered a bowl and let me tell u I thought it was for a toddler! Y’all charging 10-15 dollars for a bowl with not even half of the food in it! The bowl wasn’t even full, and if u ask for more they’ll tell u that u have to pay for more that’s absolutely ridiculous, the white man is all about his food cost but people are actually spearing their hard earn money for no product! I will not be returning

I enjoyed my nachos but I think the cheese dip used to be better. It seemed a little watered down, thus lacking the scrumptious flavor of normal nacho cheese. The salsa was excellent and provided my meal with some good flavor. The service wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. If I have the choice I might choose Chipotle in the future.

So I haven’t been to this location in sometime and today I was reminded of why. To start off the glass on the doors dirty, as well as the floor soon as you walk in I waited in line about 10 minutes to place my order and after asking the employee to add queso, he shrugged, rolled his eyes and asked if that was all. When it came time to pay, the owner was obviously the one working register because he doesn’t trust anyone else when he asked for payment I showed him a free burrito coupon I had gotten on the Moes app. He didn’t ask to scan the app like the app suggest, but rather ask for my phone number as he fumbled around with the tablet for another five minutes while the line got longer and longer. I wasn’t thanked for my business. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The store owner Jamie created the most horrible experience for me. I went in today for the burrito bowl. Before I asked the server to add guacamole, I asked first if it is included in the Moe Monday special or if I would be charged extra. She said it’s included. However, when I got to the counter to purchase, the store owner Jamie charged me for the guacamole. I kindly said, “Sir the servers told me it was included.” He rudely responded, “Well it’s not included.” Then he ordered the server to remove the guacamole from my bowl into the trash. Then, I asked the owner Jamie to remake the bowl since not only was the guacamole removed, but also the majority of the toppings were trashed too. He then proceeded to scream at me in front of everyone in the restaurant, and shouted that if I want my bowl remade then I need to go all the way to the back of the line. I was so appalled by his behavior- even more shocked that he claims to be the owner and treats his paying customers like this. Even the customer behind me felt bad I was being treated like this that he decided to pay for my meal. You would think the owner would have had some sort of decency in the way he treated me seeing that I am pregnant (8 months along), and I was holding my one-year old in my arms.
