I like walking in and just creating a bowl of goodness! You can also make it a burrito. A wide variety of proteins, vegetables, and toppings, make it low calorie, or go big and fill the bowl all for the same price!

I am writing this to REPORT management/owners. They have it set up so their staff CANNOT get tips unless you pay cash (and even then, there is no tip jar). Staff is working hard, dealing with hungry customers who are unhappy because the Chipotle staff isn’t happy… employees were far from lazy…everyone was doing their job and were giving it all they had. I could tell by the dirty counters, lack of ingredients available, unhappy staff this is not being run well from the top… It is acutely clear this is a top down issue. I asked why customers can’t tip them (and there is no tip jar) and they said they’ve asked management already to change the card reader for tips. I recommend the staff call the local health department- report the owner. Hey owner…happy staff, happy customers, better reviews- safer environment-

My boyfriend and I ordered tacos on our lunch break. We also were supposed to get juice, not juice , nasty water or possibly watered down cleaner? He spent all night and the whole next day very ill. Only through lots of vitamin c and zinc is he feeling better. Thought we were going to miss work another day. Chipotle should pay lost wages

everytime i order from this specific location. it is always terrible. ive always let it slide but this time i dont know how you mess up that badly. i ordered delivery, my bowl is missing HALF of my add-ons. i ordered chips and queso, only got the QUESO. then i received TORTILLAS ON THE SIDE which i did not even order???? i seriously do not get how you mess up this badly, i ordered way before they closed and this was my dinner. i wish i can give zero stars.

I hate this location because they’re mostly out of the basic ingredients yet they still expect you to pay full price and will not substitute any items that they are out of that you would normally pay for with your normal order. Horrible customer service every time I don’t understand why they even open this location when they give you a tiny scoop of meat they’ll give you another scoop but you got a pay five dollars for it low-key ridiculous especially for this neighborhood especially for the customers that come here especially for the people that always go to chipotle. This location is trash

Older lady with the trashy lip ring behind the counter doesn’t do much except for grunt at the customers she’s “helping”. Even when you come in to check on a mobile order she will literally avoid eye contact at all costs. Idk why she always ignores me and turns a 2 minute order into 30 minutes. Super rude and not helpful at all. Kinda frustrating when I’m just here to get some lunch.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The rice was completely undercooked and very hard to eat. Additionally, the meat was extremely salty, making it almost inedible. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt the need to tell management my experience. I ordered a chicken burrito last night. Only ate half. I noticed right away that my stomach was bloated but didn’t think anything of it, just thought it was cuz I never eat burritos but at 10 oclock pm I got violently ill I didn’t sleep all night cuz I was at the toilet vomiting. This went on all night. My stomach was in so much pain. This morning it was coming out the other end and I couldn’t go to work. I want to make management aware of food borne bacteria. This was at the restaurant in Shoreline by Towne and country market.This was the only meal I ate all day so easy to pinpoint where it came from.
