Order ahead on the app said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Waiting till they said it was ready went in to pick it where they said it would be ready in one bag. Well when I went in there were no orders waiting. They continued waiting on people coming in the door. Eventually the got around to making my order after 20 minutes. It would have been quicker if I had gone in. What’s the point of using the app suppose to avoid the line. And they didn’t say sorry they didn’t care. There was a longer line of people waiting for pickup orders.

This was my very first experience at any Chipotle, ever. I had no idea what to expect in terms of food, service, or even ordering. It was a little intimidating, but the vibe is just so relaxing. With help, I promptly ordered a burrito and was walked through any ingredient I’ve asked about. When I had to check my balance on my phone before paying, the checkout lady was patient with me. We even liked the same drink!

The food was delicious. The portions sizes are pretty small though, especially the bags of chips. If you are paying $4.85 for chips and queso I am just wanting more than 12 chips. Other then that the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Thank you for a great meal

We are regular customers of Chipotle and have never had an issue – this was our first and last time visiting this one. One lady behind the counter was very rude and argued with my husband, claiming a side of rice and beans counted as a veggie bowl. Only a side of rice and a side of beans. We’ve never had this issue anywhere else, as Chipotle sells SIDES. They have always put the rice and the beans in a bowl together with nothing else after we ask for sides and they ask us if we want them together in a bowl. Ridiculous to argue with a customer about something on your own menu and claim she has to charge us more because of a bowl (with the same amount of food in it) Then she wastes the entire already scooped out side of rice and beans (which the first employee in the line had scooped for us when he asked for the sides in a bowl – like EVERY OTHER Chipotle ever has done – so it is easier to eat) just to put another serving into the tiny cups because she could not conceive that it could be served in anything else and proceeded to argue we had gotten a veggie bowl and would be charged as such. Guess what – she is free to put them in the cups and we’d still ask for a bowl so our child can eat them more easily so it’s not really saving the bowl…and the first employee knee we were ordering sides so had given us the side amount but together in a bowl. This confused and flabbergasted the next poor employee who went into a mental frenzy over it. Can’t possibly serve the same amount in a bowl! It has to be the plastic cups so she had to waste the food and the bowl, adding to Chipotle profits because of smart thinking /s. Lol nice.

I gave a two stars because every time I come here, I’m waiting on something to be refilled. The manager should see items getting low and should have it replaced before it runs out. Customers should not have to wait or skip a wanted item because they are not on top of things. Other than that I enjoys my bowl. They just need to get it together.

I went there the other day as a last min decision.. upon being there I noticed that when my bowl was being made the person was touching everything with their gloves.. the queso looked old and had a layer over it. Let’s just say I have food poisoning now I should have said never mind but I was like they know their protocol so who am I to tell them how to do their job…. Welll me and my food poisoning are saying otherwise now

Staff refused to make my bowl with barbaquo because they were saving it for mobile orders only, then she was got an attitude because I didn’t want another meat so I said no thank you I won’t get anything then. This is absurd! Saving for mobile orders?! If you are a paying customer it shouldn’t matter. Staff needs some customer service education.

This is one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been to. The service was trash no personality in these people what so ever and I asked for double meat and the person tried to give me less then double then got an attitude about it when I said something. I asked for a little bit of queso and got charged for a whole thing of it. It didn’t make sense to me at all. The manager literally had to go outside and get someone in from break. Saying to her I don’t know why you’re still on break you don’t even work when you’re in here not professional at all. This was in front of multiple customers for the record…

Don’t bother pre ordering online. Seems they give preference to those ordering in line at the store. It kind of defeats the purpose of the pre-order.
