They got my simple order wrong. Wanted 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup ONLY on the burgers. Both cheeseburgers came with all the usual stuff on it. They gave me about 6 packets of ketchup too.

I’m blown away by this particular McDonald’s! Management has got it all figured out! I’ve literally pulled into this location to find the line wrapped around the building, yet hardly spent any time waiting in line! They always put the most adorable young kids at the windows too and they are the sweetest! I’m flat out addicted to those dang frappes, and a lot of McDonald’s don’t go to any extra trouble keeping that machine up and running so I hear “our frappe maker is broken” more than I don’t at every other McDonald’s, but so far no matter the time, I’ve been able to feed my addiction to caramel frappes 100% of my trips there! As a matter of fact I’m enjoying one right now as I write this review! Keep up the great job McDonald’s #12125!!!

they’re open till 2am but I’ve been here every night or so for the last few weeks BEFORE close and no one will take my order nor even say anything. Thank goodness for Wendy’s n the Huddle house! I keep trying but they keep ignoring me. Wendy’s is open till the last minute and never have ignored an order!

This location is hit or miss. I like the iced coffee with just cream and sugar. It depends on who’s working as to how you need to order it. Some of the employees call it “plain” and some call it “regular.” I get it right maybe 50% of the time. It’s a very busy location so be prepared for employees to seem a little stressed.

The perfect storm, a car full of family, asked what everyone wanted, so we ordered 1 meal and a few sides for breakfast. The screen had most of our order, but as usual mcd fashion they asked you to come pay before they input it all so we drive up to the window with no total. The payment person seemed busy taking other orders, so I just held my phone out the window with the app code, waiting for them to attend us. She handed a receipt, and we moved on. When we were being handed our food and they began to give us drinks. We only had 1 coffee, so we explained, “That’s not our order.” They realized that we had paid for the incorrect order and then gave us the proper food. They took the receipt and expected us to go on our merry way. A simple refund and rerun of the payment method could have corrected everything, and they didn’t even seem interested to attempt a resolution. We did leave paying for the other persons’ order because it was comparable to ours, but MCD didn’t even care to make it right. Just keep the line moving.

My order is always wrong and they make you wait forever to get your food. Today I went and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, they didn’t tell us they were out or anything. They made us pull up and after a few minutes they walk out with a sweet tea. She says that she was told that we would take a tea instead of a smoothie. Made us pay for a smoothie then tel us we wanted a sweet tea.

Wowwww horrible service 1/31/23 short of staff? The line is so extremely long today customer service from here is like asking for Jesus to save the people who don’t wanna believe in him? The manager need to get it together can’t run a shift and the staff is horrible they give your children and family re drop food cold food I’m gonna contact health inspector on this ragedy place… please new management please black people can’t run no business get some white people in there they are friendly keep the ghetto in the back cleaning floors or something… nasty selves managers on duty let their shift do whatever day whatever even make up lies to customer please reach out to me or I’m reaching out to higher authority
