The food was great, but their lobby was locked during business hours. It was drive thru only. I was hauling a large trailer which is why I selected lobby pickup. Not as fast or convenient as I would have liked since I had to wait in line.

Like everywhere they are understaffed, but they are doing the best they can. The staff is always friendly, and going out of their way to try and make up for the lack of staff. They were closed on July 2nd, and I tried to make an online order, the App (From Corporate) automatically adjusts the order for the next day instead of letting you know the restaurant is closed. So we didn’t get our pizza and were still charged. The manager called me a few days later to apologize and refunded my money offering to make it up to me. He was very polite and understanding.

Ordered on the app, got a confirmation and estimated delivery time. 45 minutes later, notified via text the order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the 800 number and was told I was refunded. Went by the store the next day to talk to a manager, was told the owner forgot to turn off mobile orders when they were closed but he “did the right thing by refunding me.” No apology offered, no sorry for your troubles, here a coupon for your next order. They seemed surprised that I was unhappy with the situation. Never buying here again.

Orderd a pizza with jalapeños and pineapple. It I got a 5 pound pizza that was so salty from the massive amount of pepperoni that it was almost impossible to eat it. What I did eat of it made me so sick I had to go to the ER with food poinsening. I don’t recommend it at all. It was just a waste of $30

I would give 5 stars because the staff was so friendly but had to wait 20 minutes for 2 pizzas because they were so under staffed. Corporate needs to step up and hire more staff or they are going to lose business fast! Felt bad for the workers. Way under staffed.
