There is an employee named Joshua who is an outstanding worker. He helped me order my pizza to the way that I liked it & even ran the numbers on the register to inform me on the exact amount for the different sizes. He did his best to look up the best deal for me in regards to satiatey & cost. At the time I ordered it was 10:11 pm and I received my pizza around 10:28. Most restaurant workers would be cleaning in the last hour but Joshua was still hard at work taking & making orders. There is a McDonald’s & a Hardy’s restaurant nearby that had both locked their doors a whole 30mins prior to closing time. But even as I sat to eat I was watching him taking orders at 10:45 knowing they close at 11:00. Joshua most definitely finished the mission to the end so I had to tell him he was a good worker before heading out. I sure hope he lands a supervisory position because he has a great attitude and is a very people’s person. I can see that Joshua does indeed care. I ordered the garden pizza with my own twist of chicken & pineapple toppings & I absolutely loved it. The pizza came hot & crispy with plenty of cheese. My experience was wonderful & I will be back again in the future!

We had our 1st & last trip to this location. We stopped in for a carry out. Placed the order there. Waited at the 1 of the 2 tables inside. As I watched the person, after my order was placed get their order I questioned if our order was called out yet. I thought surely, they would have followed up with us for waiting there for an extended amount of time. NOPE. They just let us sit there until we approached them. By then our food was cold. The toppings were used sparingly, the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, and it really didn’t have a good flavor. The tomato on my salad, literally still had the stem on it. Take the time guys, present your food with an “I care” attitude. We won’t be back due to the lack of customer service or the flavor of the food they were selling.

I thought i found a good place to start getting a chicken club until i bit into it and strung a big long hair out of my mouth. The manager told me i would get refunded but it has now been 2 weeks and i am still waiting on the refund. I will deffinitly not be going back to this place!!!!! And before the marco team comments on this i am not filling out more info on the wesite about this i have already spoke to a manager and because of that i am still waiting 2 weeks on my refund. UPDATE it has now been 3 weeks and i have not received my refund for the chicken club that included a hair i did not request and was told i would be refunded still no update will update this again at 4 weeks

Ordered online and says when will be ready. Show up at that time and have to wait 30 additional minutes. And while waiting every order that was called in was told 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately they were short staffed girl was very nice and apologized for delay. Staff needs to know how to tell people that there is a backup and time is longer then usual. Also, when they are short staff they should be able to let web orders know the same. A small location and there was a lot of people standing around waiting. Pizza is good, just not happy about having to wait that long after the time it said would be ready.

Marco’s is primarily a takeout restaurant, but they have a couple of tables to dine in. The pizza is the best in the area, but I am partial to thin crispy crust pizza where the taste comes from the toppings and sauce and not a lot of crust. They also have a cauliflower crust that we tried and could not tell the difference from the regular crispy crust. This is a good option if you are trying to cut back on carbs. Everyone we have brought here has gotten hooked on the pizza and go back on their own now.

The best gluten-free pizza I’ve had from a restaurant. The others in the group loved theirs too. The gentleman waiting on us was so pleasant. The only drawback is no fault of theirs, but its so difficult to get into the plaza.

I loved their crispy tasting crust versus the bready crust. I was eating from someone else’s pizza so I removed the onions and green peppers. It was still good. I will order my own next time. No regrets.

Tonight is the last time I ever order from Marco’s in Dundee. I put in the driver instructions to call upon arrival, instead he “knocked on the door for 15 minutes” that would be believable if you could get to my front door through my electric gate. So i called them when the pizza claimed to be “delivered ” on the website, when I called into the store the Manager calls me back after 30 minutes with an attitude and only offers a refund. Oh well at least I didn’t lose any money but the customer service is garbage to say the least

This food was disgusting I spoke with my $95 on nasty cold food. Reviews say great food I guess delivery you get nasty food or was cold cheese wasn’t melted just yuck. Never again. Maybe I ordered from the wrong location. I was referred to Lakeland but had delivery hey went to this one just nasty. Wish I could get my money back because we threw it out.
