The food was great and out in a timely manner. Our server wasn’t very attentive, we went around 11-11:30am so it wasn’t busy when we got there but we ended up getting plastic boxes for leftovers and no where did it say not microwaveable lol so it melted everywhere. Did they change the takeout boxes to plastic now?

Service here at this location was not super great nither was it super bad….however, the female waitress was very rude never acknowledge us until we spoke to her and she services the 2 females who came after my friend and I. So, we waited for about 20 minutes before another waiter ask us did she services you guys? We say no. And he took our orders. But the food and atmosphere was great!!!

Everything was good for the kist part me and my partner went here gor some wings. We tried to get a blue hawian amd a old fashion but they were out of the the stuff to make it which was a bummer. Becky was our waitress she was new server and she amazing job.

First time coming to this Buffalo Wild wings, I usually only go to the Sandy Buffalo Wild wings. The family and I were in the area and decided to stop by. Night and day difference. Extremely dirty, really funky smell the moment you walk in. Service was incredibly slow. They seemed overwhelmed with only half the restaurant filled. The way to sit down was long. And the food was not up to par from what we are used to. I’m pretty sure I’ll never come back to this location again.

My experience at this restaurant is usually satisfactory when I do take out, but today I decided to dine in and the service was poor. My server was Nelly and she had first attended to my boyfriend and I with good service. I ordered fries with ranch and asked for it to come at the same time as our wing order but the fries came out first and as I waited for her to bring the ranch it never came. She also didn’t bring napkins or even offer to bring napkins despite walking by our table multiple times. When the order of 30 wings came out there was only 2 small ranches and the wings still had feathers, when I tried to get my servers attention it was disregarded. My boyfriend had finished his drink and was waiting for Nellys attention so that he could ask her for another but she would just pass by and attend to every other table but us. I enjoy eating Buffalo wild wings but today the food was distasteful and the service was horrible.

Just gonna leave this here..Whoever prepared my food saw the feathers and still served them.on half of the wings I was offered store credit instead of my original payment . Which idk anyone that would want to eat there after this experience like I know it’s a restaurant but???

If I could do 3.5 stars I would. Our waiter was nice the food was ok. I personally don’t see what the hype was. The Nojito was really yummy. The music was too loud so my husband and I couldn’t really talk to each other. The text paying method was pretty frustrating. I can see where it would be nice, but it’s got bugs to work out. All in all, not terrible but not amazing.

We were sat at 7:30 (text saying our table was ready at 7:28). Our waitress was very tentative, got our drink orders came back and took our order. My child received his food first (great!) and his dad after and my mother-in-law after that. My father-in-law and I were still waiting for our boneless wings. We ordered a second round of alcoholic beverages and still no food for the two of us. By 8:37 we still had not received our food. Everyone else had finished theirs and we had two alcohol beverages with zero food. At this point our waitress told us she wouldn’t know how much longer our food would be. Meanwhile people around us were getting their boneless wings. Many that were sat after we had been sat. At this point we were very frustrated. My father-in-law left as he was angry and still had not received his food. My mother-in-law stayed behind because we had to get our child home and to bed. I had received my food by this point but just got a box and left. The manager on duty would only comp the BOGO wings and not the entire meal. My mother-in-law said she would pay for the alcohol, and the manager only said she’d comp the BOGO and give us 10% off. The bill was still $74.00 which she paid and left. They shouldn’t continue to serve alcohol to people without food. No other options were offered as an alternative to our missing food. It shouldn’t take over an hour to receive food when other tables are receiving theirs.
