Highly disappointed, staff was rude. My queso cup wasn’t even full. $30 for one entree and one kids meal smh. Food was literally thrown together and when I complained to the “manager” she was condescending with me. Please stop hiring a bunch of teenagers to make food and be managers, they have no courtesy and seem like they hate their job! I’ll go to a better restaurant that has respect with my hard earned money

I just want to sit down with the owner of this Norwich moes. I have a lot of questions on their hiring procedures and training /cooking skills etc etc etc! If you ask for olives you’ll be lucky to get 6 olives. No one smiles or greets you genuinely, you don’t fool me with the aggressive “Welcome to Moes !!” Shouting at entering customers. Overpriced and employees act as if they are paying out of pocket for each shred of lettuce. SAVE UR MONEY! I’ve had better service and food from Chuckys gas station down the street! They need to take notes from five guys or jersey mikes customer service.

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go here I have been giving a super tiny burrito (assuming children’s size) for regular burrito price. I thought it was maybe a new policy or something but Just left Waterford and the burrito is almost double the size. This branch is a disaster

The food that we got was good but the offerings have depleted alot of the toppings (veggies) ie green peppers,mushrooms, ect that used to be offered are gone. Especially noted they don’t offer the pineapple salsa which was one of my favorites. It has been a while since we had been there for no particular reason but it will be a long while until we go back to check if it gets better.

Has been over a year of them lying about their menu prices. Everything is at least a full buck over this price, they will blame the general manager about how they are waiting on the new menus they ordered but as you can see this is electronic menus. Don’t get swindled, they are praying on people not looking at the prices at the register and hope you don’t notice. Regular line employees were nice enough but anyone of management tries to lie and demean you. Never coming back and actively warning anyone against going to this location. I love Moe’s but this location and management is beyond terrible. That’s not to mention them not having half of their products due to incompetence. Avoid like the plague.

Cleanliness was terrible. I saw a worker stick her hands in her pants to pull them up with gloves on, touch her face, swat a fly and then with the same gloves on she stuck her hand in the lettuce and continued making someone’s food. Another employee completed a transaction with us and she handled the cash we gave her with gloves, touched the screen and then proceeded to stick her hands in the chip bag and give us chips. It was disgusting. Flys everywhere. The employees were unprofessional with talking about their after work activities and how much they don’t like working there. I will never go to this Moes again.

Fair prices, food taste good, service was okay. This location is on the small side and it gets busy fast. This place was clean for the most part and the staff were friendly and polite. Moes is the subway of tacobell and that is what you should expect when you go.
