This is by far the most disgusting fast food place I have ever been to. Our server SHONTE L was very unprofessional and slammed the drive through window at us. She had an aggressive and threatening attitude. I was fearful for my life. Her hair was very unhygienic and unkept and was all over the place. She did not utilize gloves while preparing food and had breaks in her skin.

I ask for my meal WITHOUT sour cream and they will include it every time. The chips always taste like plastic at this location. Far too long of a wait and too expensive, but this is typical for Taco Bell these days.

Worst Taco Bell ever! I will drive out of my way just to avoid this location. Employee out side smoking, 10+ cars in the drive through, lane not moving for over 20 mins, NEVER get your order correct, and if you try and call, NO ONE answers. Oh and the previous review is accurate, the chips taste like chemicals

The 300lbs woman yelled at me to “come on” when I took 30 seconds to decide what I wanted. It was 11 at night and a total of one other person in the drive thru, who she also yelled at . She misheard my order I asked for 2 number 3s she gave me one and said they couldn’t change the order at this window so I went back through. She didn’t give me my full order but I figured I’d rather leave than deal w someone like her. I never had remotely high expectations from a Taco Bell but holy smokes never again. Food was cold and inedible, I look forward to AI replacing these useless people. It’s sad tbh, I feel for fast food workers and want to make their lives easier and be an ideal customer but even when I’m doing that this woman gave me a disgusting attitude. Rude is an understatement of this woman’s distain for her job. Please fire the 300lbs woman who looks like a personified grimace

Everybody there should get fired! Every time I go there there’s a long wait. This last time I waited in drive thru for an half hr. I get up the the window a longer wait because the order was not ready and it took at least 10 mins to receive my order. I look through the window employees just standing around. I can honestly say the only person that was doing their job was the window lady. As I get home to eat the food I ordered I had to throw away the order because half of it looked like it wasn’t cooked and the other half had items on there I pacifically asked not to put on. The reason I say everyone should be fired is because if I was a manager or worker I would be the one telling the others let’s move there’s a long line out there let’s go. People here on night shift are very obviously under the influence of substances. Waited 15 minutes for 1 item. Lady didn’t charge my card till she handed me my food and after 15 minutes with it I’m concerned now of my information being captured and misused by the poor morals of these employees. Lady was so high she almost handed me not 1 but 2 wrong orders. Fire your night staff they are a liability.

By far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Twice now I’ve ordered an overpriced steak burrito and gotten garbage cold ground beef inside instead of steak. I’ve gone to this location because it’s close and this will be the last time. Employees decide to not answer the window whenever they’re tired of working as well. Fight for $15 though. Zero stars if possible

This is genuinely the worst restaurant (fast food or otherwise) I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The midnight crew is so bad it’s almost comical, I’ve been here many times due to it being across the street from my home, but the stories I could tell about this place wouldn’t even be believable to anyone reading this they’re so bad. This place is in DESPERATE need of new management, as the midnight manager especially doesn’t have the slightest amount of care or respect. I’ve stopped going, and won’t be able to return until I see a new management sign and know this place has been checked out by a health inspector.

I really feel for employees who are stuck at locations like this but come on. Last week the chips within my box tasted like chemicals. Typically that means that the oil in their deep fryer is old/burnt. I called the location surprised they picked up and let them know of the issue. I didn’t want a replacement it’s like 7 chips it’s not that deep to drive back for it to be fixed. But a few days later went back and they forgot a whole item of mine and it tasted like chemicals again. I tried calling nobody answered so I filled out a complaint for both orders on the app and put in a complaint with my credit card company. Typically I don’t go to this location but with all the construction it’s the quickest one to get to after a long day at work
