Returned in Nov 2017 and the food is still good but the service is now slow. I got my fries and a burger before my wife got her hashbrowns. The crepes were good. The place was relatively empty so I don’t understand the slowness. I return for the taste. I hope the service gets better.

This was the worse time ever going to ihop dirty floors dirty booths we had to write our own name down to be seated only 2 waitress in the place and perhaps 1 cook no manager 1-1/2 hour between waiting and getting food and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Staff not there to accommodate a table of two . I am very disappointed with this visit. Trash overflowing outside and unable to use ladies room that’s how awful it was

There was no one to see seat you when we arrived.. the restaurant was filthy I have not been there in a few years and now I remember why bathrooms disgusting smelling rancid obviously not clean for days or weeks… Understaffed with one waitress taking care of the whole restaurant not that they were busy at all obviously no one checking restrooms or sweeping floors or vacuuming before leaving shifts very disappointed with experience… Doesn’t look like it will be long before they shut down… Just a reminder as to why I go to Waffle House … Prices are high at IHOP anyways $10 for egg white and spinach omelette very ridiculous. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated at 8:30 at night on a Friday night even though there were tons of open tables there was only one waitress on I said something to her and she said she is always the only person on on a Friday night took the kids order didn’t come back for another 15 minutes to take our order was a very long process while we were waiting in line to be seated a party of four had came in behind us and they got sick of waiting and they walked out the door I have never had an experience at this IHOP like this but I was very disappointed I also got a sandwich that at Denny’s would be moons over my Hammy and it did not remotely close to compare all same exact ingredients

Posted is the amount of time we waited for our waitress to even consider coming to get our drinks…. She never came over.. we had to seat our selves and proceeded to be ignored by the waitress. There’s only one waitress apparently she also acts as the hostess this restaurant needs serious help.

Probably the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. We had a party of 6 and the hostess was kinda rude and tried to scare us away by saying it would be a 35 minute wait (I knew it was a scare tactic because I’m a hostess as well and the restaurant was not busy by any means). I thought it’d be about 20 minutes since there were people waiting ahead of us and low and behold, 20 minutes later we were seated. She took us to our seats, which were two separate tables. We had to push them together ourselves, and one of them was still dirty. I’ve NEVER sat a party of customers without making sure the tables were completely ready for them and absolutely clean but I guess this place has lower standards. The food wasn’t that great either and it took like 35 minutes for it all to get to us. Also, their drink fountain was broken. The only good part about our experience here was that our server was super sweet and honest about the drink fountain not working. She’s also the reason I’m not giving this place just one star.

Seems like plenty of staff on-hand, but they’re slow and non-attentive because everybody is in the kitchen. Waited 20 minutes for our check and had to yell into the kitchen because nobody was coming out of there.

1st, we’re locals who haven’t been here in a while (2 yrs) because of our last bad experience. Upon entering we’re told 20 min wait to be seated. We only waited 10 min, awesome. Server is nice gets drink order, food order. Almost 45 min later still no food. I go speak to both mgrs (both very nice), but everyone wanted to blame someone else. Server blamed cook, mgr blamed server, 2 cooks down…blah, blah, blah. They said they’d take care of us. Our food came & surprisingly was good. But, now it’s almost noon when we came in @ 10:30am. Well, we see this as an owner/corporate issue. It’s tourist season so hire more staff & stop overworking the ones who stay.

Our experience with this restaurant has been consistently poor. Service takes too long. Getting recognized when you walk in is slow, getting your order is slow, etc. Order was wrong. had to be sent back after waiting an hour for a simple order. Tables seated after us were served their food a while before we were. After 4 visits to this restaurant with similar experiences, we won’t be back.

When I got there, I was seated promptly, then no one came to take my order. People after me, were then served and then My waitress came and said she didn’t know I was there. She took my order and then I waited 40 minutes. Two groups who came after me got thier food, and at this time my two year old was getting restless so I asked the waitress for my bill and to place my food in to go boxes. 5 minutes later the people who came after me were done eating, they then asked their waiter for the bill and he came back with it before I even saw my waitress again. When I went to the front to wait, she brought me my food and said that she took 10% off since she didn’t know I was in a hurry. I didn’t leave a tip, paid and walked out with my son. I got home and just realized our order was missing food that I ordered and paid for. Unsatisfactory on all fronts. Not going back to this establishment.
