i went to Applebees with a friend and it took so unbelievably long for the food to come out and we ordered two burgers. the food was great and we will for sure be coming back again seeing as this is a ritual for me and my friend but this service needs to improve. the staff was very nice though. Our family was large, six adults and two young children. We sat in the rounded corner booth, and there was plenty of room and it felt cozy and private. Appetizers arrived promptly and the meals accommodated our needs (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian). We had a lovely time!

This place has been a family go-to spot for several years. I stopped in today to take the family for a bite to eat. The hostess was friendly and seated us. The waitress was courteous enough, but never gave her name. I went to the ladies restroom to wash my hands and I was greeted with a foul-smelling, disgusting bathroom – The bathroom looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When I returned to my table, I discreetly asked our server to relay to the manager that the bathroom was in horrendous condition and needed to be tended to right away. I don’t know how seriously she took my complaint, but we were in the restaurant for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Upon finishing our meal, I visited the ladies restroom and found it in exactly the same disgusting condition. Additionally, the booth next to us had spilled food on the floor… Things that can cause someone to slip and fall… It remind there untouched even as I was leaving. If this is indicative of the management of this place, no wonder it’s getting bad reviews and going completely downhill. What a disappointment. It is very highly unlikely that I would return to this particular location. It did not seem to be very professional, and there appears to be a gross lack of proper management. Shame on you Applebee’s! You can do better!

This was probably one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at an apple bees. First we waited 20 mins for the waitress take our drink order. I do not blame her as it looked like she was the only waitress on during a packed saturday. This is a staffing issue. As to not wait another 20 mins for our food order to be taken we ordered our food. It was just my child and I so it wasn’t alot of food: All you can eat boneless wings and a kids pizza. Pretty simple. So we waited another 20 mins for that to come out. Then I had to ask for silverware and napkins. Noticed that as advertised the wings didnt come with coleslaw. Whatever. As she brought the food I told her that I would like to order my next set of wings now as this set took awhile. I ordered garlic and parm. I was disgusted by what she brought. See photo. I sent the picture to my gf who was disgusted as well. When the waitress came back I was like these are gross and I would like the check. I asked her if she would eat these. She shook her head and responded nooooo. So she brought the check and walked off then returned for the money. I asked another staff for a box for my kids pizza. She came back with two and i told her that i only needed one as I wasn’t going to take those wings and wanted them sent back because they were gross. She asked if I wanted a refund. I replied with sure but idk how its possible as it’s an all you can eat order and it was her idea. I took my son to the restroom (toilet looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in days) and on the way out I heard staff bickering about a refund so we promptly left. 10 out of 10 would not reccomend. I am not a picky person but this by far would make me never come back to this applebees.

Everything went smooth, got the all you can eat boneless wings but I think they were rushing them out because I got a bad cause of food poisoning that night that I literally had to go to the hospital. 2nd time thats happened there. Unfortunately I won’t be returning

Table and booths were dirty. Chicken on the floor never picked up. Bathroom was dirty, no soap no towels entire time we were there. Toilets were filthy. BBQ ribs were small for 1/2 rack. No meat on the bone. 32.00 wasn’t worth it. Service was ok. Doesn’t know dinning room service well. She went to one table at a time instead of running her station as one. She was too busy eating in the back kitchen when I went to look for her to get fork & knife to eat my dinner. No drink refills. Glass of soda cost as much as a 6-pack of Coke. Cheap paper towels instead of dinner napkins. Chips were not cooked properly. My kids Chicken tenders were well beyond cooked. Hard and dry as a stone. Minimum cooking temperature is 165 degrees not 300 degrees. All FOH staff stood around the bar talking to one another the entire time we were there. Instead of cleaning the floor and the tables around us . They decided talking and eating was more important. So I can look at the filthy tables and floor around me. Hate to see what the kitchen looks like. No one there has any pride in their work. Even the bar was dirty. Also the server never got a clean glass when refilled other customers glass. That’s gross and against health codes.

Went to Dinner with the family on 8/18/23. 6 Adults, 1 teenager and a 6 year old. The poor service and experience started as soon as we walked in. The door staff moved like a snell. Had a hard time figuring out how to seat 8 people. Place was not even half full. She finally put to tables together. We watched her as she slowly did this and then came and got us to sit. (15 minutes total)

My friend and I went here for dinner this evening. The place was more than 3/4 empty. We were seated relatively promptly and then sat there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement of our presence and picked up and left. Clearly a major staffing issue that needs to be seriously addressed.

Popped in for a beer and lunch, not very busy, beer was good my burger smelled of red meat. Overall better than McDonald’s… Only because of the beer….lol
