I’ve visited this location twice. Both times I was looking for a classic cheese to go, and was glad that it would be hot and ready. Quick easy dinner for my kids was the whole point. Both times, I had to wait ten minutes because the classic wasn’t hot or ready. The first time, I was greeted immediately, and the explained they’d make a fresh one. The second time, I had to get their attention, then was told there was a big web order, and that I’d have to wait a while. Frankly, a frozen pizza from the Food Lion next door is better, and a great frozen pizza is only $5. If I have to wait for it to cook, I’d rather do it at home. For $12, you can go a little further up the road to Lelo’s and get a truly great classic cheese. Not especially kind service the second visit. I tried.

All the other reviews are true. Customer service is non-existent here. They don’t give a damn about you. Most of the time the deep dish pizzas are raw underneath. Also never get the deserts. They taste like garlic! Thought I was going crazy. Tried another time and indeed it was GARLIC BREAD KNOTS WITH ICING ON TOP!!! Disgusting. Told the manager and he said ohhh I don’t know how that happened. Really? Own up dude.

Awesome service! They were busy as heck but i heard manager from back say, “we got to get this supreme for the lady out front. ” I csme in to return a pizza and the manager nearly met me at the door. “I got this. We gon make it right. ” And this pizza was perfect! Cant thank you enough for restoring my confidence in customer service. This young lady and this store worked hard to make me happy! Thank you.

Ignore any review with more than one star for this location. ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT NO MATTER WHAT THEY ORDER. This location doesn’t keep pizzas “Hot N Ready” you can hear the employees in the back talking about their frustrations with the business, it’s a shame.

Definitely not HOT AND READY. Waited about 10 mins for pizzas, which is acceptable. I get home only to find out that one whole pizza is not cut. When I say not cut I mean not a knife mark in sight. I call to complain and all she offered was a sorry and wished you lived closer so we could cut it. You are better off going down the street to dominos where the service is better, the pizza is better and the cut the pizza. Frozen pizza from food lion would be better.

Seriously, there is absolutely no definition of customer service at this establishment but I love the pizza. It’s cheap, it’s fast. Just say, “ hello, welcome” instead of “ can I help you”. And you’ll have better reviews. It’s easy. Heck, look at chick-fil-a.

Not a soul in the store and it took an uncomfortable 30+ seconds for the girl behind the counter to acknowledge me standing right in front of her (texting?) She finally walked away, mumbled something, I asked if they had a specific pizza, she mumbled something else, and I asked her to repeat herself, I think I understood her correctly and walked out. Probably the WORST customer service experience ive had in my entire life. Plus it’s gross in there. It will crash and burn in due time, don’t waste yours.

Waited in line for about 15min, employee said she would be right with me, continued to stay in the back… I have know idea what she was doing, remind you I was the only one in store at the time. Finally I asked for the classic pep she pulls one out the warmer, I asked her how long was it in there she replied with an ugly attitude I JUST MADE IT WHY? Why I asked? Because I would like a fresh pizza and I’m paying for it and I’m sorry, I wasn’t here when you made it so that’s WHY I asked. So I said to her ok I have to run to the car be right back, she rolled her eyes threw the pizza back in the warmer. I came back in asked for a flesh pizza, so she decided to go to the back slamming, throwing things around never washed her hands, no gloves, would have asked for another one, but didn’t want anymore problems. Went on and paid for the pizza to get home and it wasn’t done. African American lady sitting up under a nappy a** wig no customer service, rude, disrespectful giving this Little Caesars a very bad name, never have I been treated so ugly before. I will be back NOT to eat, but definitely to speak with management. Saturday- October 22, 2016 @9:30 ish. P.S Sorry but not sorry if I could would not give any stars .

Called to order a pizza at 8:48pm on a wednesday night. Guy answers the phone and says “ For the past 2 hours we can only make pepperoni pizzas and cheese pizzas”. I aint ate all day, tgey font close until 10pm . And he told me that they only have those two choices. Ok, never again. Thanks for nothing.

It’s Little Caesars pizza, you know the product you’re going there to purchase. The store was clean, the service was prompt and friendly and the proud 2005 Monticello graduate working the front of the store was most helpful.
