This visit they actually got our order correct but the service sucked one of the employees came in placed a huge order after I placed my small order and they made me wait till after they got the employees order done and they talked gave extra sauces and cups to get free drinks for her kids and some extra stuff got throwed in just because then I finally got my Big Mac meal, and 10 piece Nugget meal waiting 12 minutes for my order was a little ridiculous. Just because an employee comes in doesn’t give you top priority over any other customer that pays full price for their meals. Don’t ignore the customers and treat them like they are an inconvenience plus the employees should not be on their cell phones while behind the counter working they should be doing their job and paying attention to the customers and the lobby.

Customer service is way below average, filthy every time I walk in, and a hit or miss if they follow their hours for the lobby, most of the time the close 2 hours before the posted time. From the state of the lobby I would say it’s only due to not wanting to clean, and use lack of help as a escape goat.

This place should really be shut down by the health department. 100’s of flies a day. Crawling all over the food, bathroom, and every surface. There was so much fly feces on the screen above the pick-up counter, it was blocking the visibility of the screen.

A staff person brought my tray to my table. She then volunteered to get my water, because it was a long way from where I was sitting. Great experience being taken care of that way. I have much respect for that restaurant.

Went and ate at McDonald’s tonight and one of the workers was limping around. Heard him ask to go home and they made him stay. McDonald’s is pathetic and don’t care for the workers.

It was ridiculously time consuming for how slow they were and they still managed to forget 3 of my big ticket items. When I called they offered to replace but have no way to refund back to your card. This is bull, since many people hit McDonald’s on their travels and never go back to the same one. I honestly can’t stand McDonald’s anymore, but this last experience really put the nail in the coffin. This location specifically is terrible. Great job guys.
