The stuffed crust pizza I’m the photo is so full of toppingsband very moist. The pepperoni pizza is so flavorful and tasty. I’m really happy the crew there made such amazing food. I’d definitely recommend everyone to order from or travel to this location. Excellent work!

Have to order from this location because they are the only ones that offer the Buffalo Mild sauce. Ordered online and it was cancelled before I got there despite confirming on the way up to the store that my order was in fact placed (this is a constant issue) so once I arrived and they acted like I never ordered anything it was frustrating but I simply tried to re order but that’s when they told me that I could not use my reward points for the wings since that order was canceled so I just decided I would allow them to steal my points just so that I still got to eat relatively soon. I simply re- ordered waited the “15 minutes” which was actually 37, and got my pizza ready to get home, just to realize the pizza was cold and the mild sauce was medium with the mild sticker. Never allowing any of my friends or family to order from any Pizza Hut ever again, the business is clearly lacking in every area and is failing, which is sad because I enjoy the wings but I can’t just continue to get slapped in the face everytime I try to do business.

DO NOT order from the Pizza Hut off 1030 W Arkansas in Arlington Texas near MCA hospital. The worst possible experience happened last night after we spent two days with my dad who was hospitalized. We thought we’d order some pizza to celebrate his release. Boy were we wrong. We ordered a simple (1) Large pepperoni and sausage pan pizza which isn’t what they delivered. The delivery driver was not only late but passed right by us as we stood at the hospital entrance waiting for our food, then drover around to the far end of the hospital and delivered our food to some random guy who wasn’t even a hopsital employee. He was a contracted security guard. I tried contacting the delivery driver numerous times on the number they provided through the PH app but she never answered. She never called us to attempt to make delivery either. By the time we finally caught up with our food we relized the order was wrong and the condition of the pizza was absolutely atrocious! The worst looking pizza i’ve seen in 41y. We ended up tossing it out and going with the hospital food instead. Which is absolutely unacceptable. When you pay $30-40 for food you expect it to be on par. How is it that you keep raising your prices while the quality of your food just keeps getting worse? How does that work?

Feb.15, 2023. The guy I ordered from was very nice and courteous. It was a pleasure. I ordered the Big New Yorker because of all pepperoni it shows in the picture and it looked so good. Well…the pizza came and there was MAYBE only about 1/3 the amount of pepperoni on it for $14. It averaged about 4 pepperoni per slice. They looked pretty sparse for how big the slices were. Pretty disappointing. But the pizza itself was very good.

I ordered this for delivery to a jobsite for a hangry work crew i get call said ready for pickup, i ordered for delivery, not pickup and whatever the mix-up i was charged $5 or more for delivery and they used uber and took anther 30mins to get waited 1hr 20min to get my food. not happy thats the way they location handled this, should have delivered for free and i believe they did this on purpose had no delivery drivers and changed it to pickup so then they could charge me more for uber door dash delivery.. this is the second mistake in as many orders as the last time i ordered a 2.10 drink they didn’t have and gave me only a 1.10 credit.. odd i pay 2.10 but only get 1.10 back. This feels like friad and may never order for the hut again. it wasn’t worth my time calling but this is adding up to bad service and a reason top not call anymore.

Still love Pizza Hut, but the NY Pizza is not anything like advertised. The “double pepperoni” is a joke and the cheese dripping of the side of the slice is not going to happen!! They have many other better pizza’s to order.

I was called by Pizza Hut to have my order verified was able to change my order to see something I forgot to do on the app was extremely friendly called me before the pizza was delivered to make sure I knew it was on the way went way above and beyond any experience I’ve had with the pizza place before my only disappointment was the pizza just didn’t taste that great and it’s been a long time since I had any Pizza Hut but overall I was happy. My only complaint is that I am within two blocks of Pizza Hut I am disabled for multiple strokes in a blockage in my brain. You would think that they could do some free delivery for people that are within a half mile or two mile radius of their store. Or I would really appreciate a discount and no delivery charges when you’re disabled and cannot go to them

I ordered a large, thin and crispy pizza. When I got it home, It had so much sauce on it that it would have been impossible for it to be crispy without totally burning it. There was no crispness to it except for the very edge of the crust. The sauce taste was very overwhelming and made it difficult to taste any of the toppings that were on it. And of course the pieces were very droopy when you picked them up, which meant the crust on the bottom was a doughy texture and taste. Guess I’ll go back to Dominos.
