Second time back this month and there is a reason for that. The food is some of the best in the area and the service is just as good. Has a very cool vibe not stuffy and they treat you like familia. Like some of the diners who have already posted on google reviews, the service, the food, and the “vibe” are all excellent. We have eaten here dozens of times and never have we left with anything less then feeling “that was great”. However, it is not a rushed experience- so if you are in a big hurry- I would not advise you eat here- everything is made to order and prepared with care and expertise. We drove from Toms River which is about 30 minutes south, on a horrible windy rainy night to celebrate brothers birthday and we are SO glad we did! The atmosphere and decor was only outdone but the food and the service! They all seemed nice and helpful as they walk by to fill your glass or clear a plate but our server Angel was AWESOME!! It was like hanging out with a family friend as he was speaking Spanish with my sister in law. He made some excellent suggestions, always attentive but never hanging over you. Two of us had the pork chops and they were cooked perfectly with an amazing sauce. The other three had fish dishes with mushroom risotto (must get) which were just as amazing. The food presentation is only outmatched by the flavor and seasoning. Cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend you go as well!!

A great restaurant! Started with the calamari whcih was amazing. Great flavor and the lemin aioli was tasty. The shrimp bisque has to be a top 5 soup I ever had. Depth of flavor, richness and large shrimp was incredible. For my entree i ordered the Manera’s Veal. Veal scallopini panko breaded with herbs and garlic, pan fried, served over mozzarella cheese stuffed potato croquettes and micro greens, finished with a creamy mushroom thyme sauce. The mushroom thyme was so good. I highly recommend Manera’s Manahawkin.

This was our first time dining at Manera’s. It was our Anniversary and wanted it to be special. It was. Our server, Carsen checked on us often. Even the busboy was so sweet as was the hostess. But the food, it was spectacular. Clams on the half shell, rack of lamb and the 14 oz pork chop. All cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you for making our special night memorable.

First time at Manera’s and I can’t wait to come back! Our server, Juliana, was so sweet and attentive. Great selection of early bird specials (12-3). Started with a French Onion soup and it couldn’t have been better. One of the best chicken parm entrees I’ve ever eaten. The breading was delicate and light over a thin (but not skimpy) chicken breast. The marinara sauce was well done. The early bird comes with dessert and coffee, as well.
