Why in the hell does this location take 1hour AND 45 minutes to deliver a pizza???? An hour passed for a delivery order. I called up there and they said they only have one driver and it’s going to take another 45 minutes. I called back and said, I will come and pick my food up. They said, your food is ready, but it has to go in the oven???? WHAT?!?!?!? 1 hour later and my food is not even cooked, BUT ITS READY??? What in the ghettoville! This is totally unacceptable. They said the call center doesn’t know what is going on. Well, who does? What does the corporate office feel about this horrible service? I guess I’ll go back to Imos, they were getting a little too expensive but at least the service was good. I received my food in a timely manner without all the excuses.

This is how my pizza got delivered to me. I called the store to see what they could do. A domino worker who was female answered and I explained the situation and she told me there was nothing she could do to replace the pizza. She told me that I would have to bring the pizza up and get an exchange. I reiterated that I had it delivered for a reason and I couldn’t come up there to the location. I asked for the corporate number and in the end, she said hold on, and she hung up on me. This experience was very unprofessional and I don’t plan on going to this dominos in the future.

I order on the phone at 900 pm and was told my order is being processed I got there by 930 and they say they where closed but they should be open until 11 I walk in ask if order was ready I was told where closed very bad customer service and no regards of wasting your time thanks but I will never be back again and won’t you to spend your hard earned money with respectable business that appreciate you for spending with them

I love Dominos. But had a particularly good experience with this store. I got 3 pizzas and the new loaded tots they offer. Everything was wonderful expect one pizza. It was a bit below expectations but the manager (I didn’t catch her name) was super helpful in resolving the situation. The customer service in this store alone will keep me coming back!

I only give a star because it was fresh but It’s 5 people in here. My order was placed to be preped at 4:26pmn I come in at 4:38 and they haven’t started nothing. I wanted a pan pizza and she tells me that will take another 15 mins. After I already waited 20 mins. They also just put the chicken in too. Now I’m waiting another 15 mins for my food and 2 people just standing around. And on their phone. I appreciate young people trying to work but yall gotta do better with how they conduct themselves in a work environment. As I write this I’m still waiting. Won’t be getting my money again.

I was at a family members home on 1/27 We decided to order pizza I was going to treat! I ordered an extra large meat lovers pizza, 16 wings and a 2 liter sprite! Gave the address of the location I was at twice! The food was delivered to my home, not to the location I was at! They said they left the food outside, and when I called and asked.why.would they do thet? I was told.that’s the address that comes up with my card! I explained No one is there to get that food and asked them is that what’s going to happen for the Superbowl? Ppl’s food is.going to the address of the card? Absolutely Nothing has been done to rectify this issue! We did Not eat because they refused to remake my order! The refused to refund my money! I spent $51.16 and I didn’t receive Anything! The GM has not called me!. I’m in the process of seeking legal counsel because I don’t have $51.16 to throw away! Still waiting to Speak to the GM!

Terrible store!! I ordered my food for delivery and instead of them telling me they don’t have any delivery drivers they just cancelled my order and had me waiting for an hour. I decided to call the store and they had me on hold for 20 minutes. After all of this I decided to go up to the store myself all to find out they took it upon themselves to cancel my order without telling me. Who does that? That’s a terrible business practice. Then their only form of recompense was for me to reorder my food, wait, AND still pay full price!! This is a terribly pathetic excuse for a business and if I could give it zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve this one!!!
