Freaky fast as usual, walked in just after 12 noon and had no wait. Store was very clean and smelled great. We were greeted by the lady at the counter with a very good personality and a smile. Menu was large, easy to read and once we place our order it almost seemed to be ready before we was even done ordering lol freaky fast. As always the sandwiches were perfectly prepared, never light on the meats or toppings. A very good lunch experience, thanks Jimmy Johns.

it’s taken them 1.5 hours to make and delivery one sandwich wrap. it’s a 5 minute drive to me and i offered to pick it up but they insisted on delivering. sandwich still isn’t here. if you want things done right just do them yourself i guess :/

Terrible experience. Haven’t been to a JJs in forever, my boyfriend and I wanted a quick low carb lunch delivered and got 2 unwiches for delivery. After 40min of waiting I call the restaurant b/c it’s still was not out for delivery. I called 3x and the phone number doesn’t work. So at 55min after ordering I drive over to the JJs and they’re finally (over an hr after order) about to walk out the door with it. He had a good 7-10 orders with him so I assume it would’ve been another hr for delivery (nothing sounds better than room temp deli meat on a lettuce wrap that’s been sitting with oil and vinegar for 2hr Al before eating right?). So I ask the delivery guy for my order and get in line to get a refund for the $10 worth of delivery and tip I had pre-paid for. They said they can’t do that and can only give me store credit, I tell them I’m not impressed with my experience and won’t be coming back and would like a refund not store credit. Who I assumed was the manager (she didn’t introduce herself) snapped that unless they cancel the whole order they can’t refund they can only do credit. So I gave them back my order and requested a refund (I assume the food went in the trash which is also sad and wasteful). They said they’d do it later and wrote some info from the delivery tag on a post it note. I said I would wait until they could process it as I would like a receipt that I got a refund and stepped back to wait with ppl waiting for their food. They finally got my refund receipt, the guy at the counter just seemed overwhelmed as they were busy but the (assumed) manager was pretty rude and I was obviously a huge inconvenience to her. I would give zero stars if I could, I didn’t get to try the food and service was abysmal. I hadn’t been to a JJs in a long time for service issues and obviously they’ve done nothing to improve it. A quick meal order turned into a 2hr ordeal and my boyfriend and I missed lunch.

I haven’t had Jimmy John’s sandwiches before but I truly loved the way their sandwich sub taste. I may not go here a lot but certainly I will be coming back again and again. The service was a flash and I am amazed how quickly it was made. This place get a true 5 ⭐ from me.

My wife and I got really sick from this location, might want to inspect your food. We’ve never been sick from jimmy john’s before. I needed to use the restroom badly (upset stomach and diarrhea) after eating this but an employee was in there for a good 20 minutes until I left.

They were okay when they first opened up. Lately I’ve had to wait an hour even though we’re right around the corner for deliveries. Not sure what happened. Todays episode took over an hour. We bailed way before then and had to get other food. I tried calling multiple times to cancel after the 45 minute mark, but no one answered the phone. Guy shows up I tell him we gave up and didn’t want the food. They refused to give me a refund. I didn’t accept any food from them. Had to resort to a chargeback with my credit card and I hate to do that. What a bad experience all around. This has kind of turned me off Jimmy Johns as a whole.

This is an Excellent Location. I have come in to the store a few dozen times because I love me some Jimmy John’s and every employee is not only nice but great to talk to. I usually come during the slower time after my workout and grab a bite. Also, I get their subs delivered to me when I am feeling lazy and not once have they messed up my order. Great service with excellent food. I could go one about this place and in particular this location but I’m going to stop while I’m ahead. Haha jk, they now have Freaky Fast Rewards and you can earn free subs really quickly. Enjoy.

they have recently come under new ownership and the experience has suffered. store prices are higher than the prices online which is odd. staff is super super nice. they dont accept American Express on the app or online since the new ownership. they make it hard to spend money so i will go elsewhere.

It’s easy to dismiss a place like Jimmy John’s….don’t do it. It is yet another example of a eatery that keeps it simple in favor of really good, fresh ingredients. A much better formula than trying to do too much and ending up with mediocrity. The whole grain bread if you are into that, is soft an tasty. The meats are fresh, ice cold (=fresh), veggies the same. The service is cheerful and wicked, barely get time too choosy you chips flavor…. fast. And unless you are a big eater, you might have to save some for later. Oh, the store is spotlessly clean. That’s the way to run a restuarant!
