Came in to get 4 subs for me and my family. There was only two people on the line they seemed to be having some maintenance on one of their ovens and had a bit of a rush with customers, both employees looked strained but still got our order out relatively quick and was very good. I got the beast with a garlic toasted bun and was very happy with how good it was. Will probably be back soon for another one.

Arrived at 11:11am Sunday morning. 4 State troopers were already seated and eating. One customer had placed an order and waiting. 2 employees. One young, one older. They had some 6″ pieces of Artisan bread, nothing else. 20 minutes for fresh bread. So I waited. 20 minutes later, fresh bread! I was at at an event at Convention Center, and this was the closest location to it. Younger employee wrote down all of our ingredients, yet older employee was already flustered. Younger employee urged fellow employee to hurry up. At the end, I arrived back to Convention Center at 12:15. Over an hour for three footlong subs. Not sure if older employee was in training, however, younger employee was setting him up for success but more training was obvious. Place was clean.

Food was good, went during lunch break so alot of people & the crew got backed up a little, tho the employees handled the situation best they could under the circumstances. Overall was pretty good. Only real complaint would be they should be less sparing with the spicy peppers; someone asks for jalapeno & banana peppers they like it spicy layer it on thick.

I wrote a negative post about this store earlier but I have received a apology from the manager and I went back and my sandwiches were made correctly. I’m glad that the management took the negative experience and rectified the situation. All I want is a sandwhich that is made correctly. Since this is the nearest Subway to my home I will continue to come here.

I was pretty disappointed with my sandwich this evening. I usually just go to the one by my house since it’s on my way home and always super pleased with everything, but it was closed already by the time I got off this evening, so my husband and I had it Door Dashed. My two biggest complaints being that my lettuce was brownish, (definitely not fresh or any sandwich art in either sandwich ) and only received one of the Raspberry Cheesecake cookies because of only having the one left. Totally understandable because it was late and Subway is supposed to be about freshness. The problem was they made the choice on the substitution instead of calling the number I provided, and sent a cookie with nuts to a couple with an allergy to nuts. Pictures provided below are after I fixed the mess of a sandwich and heated up my cold/raw looking bacon.

I was the only one in line when I came in the lady behind the bar was the only one up front. As she is cutting into the bread she tares half of it rather than slicing it. Ok fine its just a sandwich. There are at least two others there working. All three act as if their life is over and you are a major bother for ordering a sandwich. As I’m waiting on my sandwich to be made another customer walks up to the counter and my sandwich is pushed off to the side to get cold (it was toasted) the lady proceeds to make the other customers sandwich while ime waiting for mine to be finished. Then again with the oblivious attitude and the air of being bothered because she had to finish mine to check out the other customer she finely finished mine and shoves it accross the counter at me. I was in no way rude or anything other than please and thank you. Had it not been after 7pm and me just getting off work I would have just walked out and they could have kept their sandwich. I will NEVER use that location again. I would highly recommend ANY other place than this one.

Employee was rude and said she was closing the lobby at 10 and that I couldn’t eat inside sat in my car to eat my food for 30 minutes and she never locked the door, the tea dispenser was empty and cleaned had no tea in drive thru either. There were other customers who came in and ordered food as well and had to leave as well. I will never come back at night again.

These guys in here are true sub masters I would definitely go back. The only thing that was not to my liking was the fact that they only had wheat bread. Other than that, Great job guys keep it up!

First thing I get to the counter and the lady says “what number?” Me: ? Lady says several times what number do I want I’m like I want … she continues to say what number I’m like but I want and than I say idk if it’s a number or what number I want a meat ball foot long she says it’s a #10. Than she says what u want on it? This is the first time they ask for all the info on all the order she was righting it onto the paper towel that the sandwich goes on. Ok that’s fine but she was real rude and real pushy , so she’s ringing up my food as I’m trying to watch my food to make sure it’s done correctly cause the guy was confused by her righting meanwhile I look at the last sandwich which non was covered as they was working on the beginning part so Flys was on the last sandwich and I told her I don’t want that one so she thinks I don’t want my food …. like no I want my food but that one with the Flys can be thrown in trash and a fresh on made …. smh they guy was nice but her omg can we say rude…. I was going to get cookies but between her being rude and the Flys I was like ummmm no …. rethinking about subway, they have ways to many Flys which like the one guy there said they be inside the case so they be on the food already so thanks for ruining my thoughts grrrrr.

I bought the new xl titan ham sandwich. When I say the amount of meat was laughable , I meant it was hysterical. They had maybe 9 pieces of very thin cut ham on this sandwich . I don’t blame the employees I blame the owners. Cutting corners. Don’t go here.
