Good food and even better sauce. Just be careful if you have a gluten allergy and try to eat here. They share a fryer with their breaded chicken and fries. So if you order their naked chicken, you could be contaminated by the fries. Also they don’t seem to listen when you ask for no toast, as right now they have a 50% accuracy for my orders. Luckily we have medicine to help with our allergy to gluten, if you don’t, best to avoid unfortunately…

It was okay, My food was in my bag, it was cold and the chicken had no batter on it.. it was bare.. first time this has happened to me. I was extremely disappointed in this location. The drive thru lady was extremely nice. I got there at 10:30am. They open at 10am.

I wouldn’t usually review a chain fast food restaurant, but I had a really great experience ordering to go here. My wife originally ordered like 25 tenders and 4 fries to be picked up at 5:30 (her estimate was way off on when we would have time to pick it up, of course). I didn’t get there until 6:30, and instead of just giving me the order, the girl at the register (wish I knew her name so she could get credit) had them remake the entire order so it was fresh and hot without me even asking for it. I only had to wait 5 minutes (very reasonable), and I felt bad since it was our fault we were late. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Thank you for making sure our food was hot and delicious – even when it was entirely our fault that it was cold.

My family and I have been going to this Raising Cane’s for a while now. We’ve for the most part received great food and service at the beginning. In the last year the food has been very inconsistent and disappointing. Chicken tenders have been thin as fries or small chunks that are mostly batter crunch. The food is barely warm, just unsatisfying. Thought it was a one off at first but it keeps happening again and again. Today may be our last visit 🙁
