If I could leave no stars, I WOULD. So my brother ordered almost $85 worth of pizza, 45 mins later the pizza delivery woman arrives at our doorstep, after she hands me the food, she literally had the audacity to ask us “ARE YALL GONNA LEAVE ME A TIP.” and I replied to her saying “My brother left a tip through the mobile app.” I looked at her crazy in face and closed my door frustratedly on her then she left. The next time I order pizza from this woman and if she asks for a tip, imma say specifically “Here’s a tip, GET A REAL JOB.” I demand compensation from this awful experience with y’all. Lack of customer service from the delivery driver. Once again 0 stars I would highly recommend leaving as a review.

Driver Charles is AMAZING!! My husband and I always order from this location about once a month for lunch on his day off (week day) and we’ve never been disappointed. The order is always delivered promptly, and it is correct and still hot. We had the pleasure of having it delivered by Charles twice now. He’s very kind, courteous and pleasant to talk to in our brief encounters. From the history of reviews it looks like we’ve been more fortunate with our experiences perhaps because it’s day time and week day versus weekend evening orders. Just want it to be known that there are very sweet, competent good employees at this location and not to judge a location entirely by the bad reviews seen here. We’re happy to continue our business with them.

I placed my order online at 5:30pm. I understand this is rush hour or was for this particular location. At 6:30 we went through the drive thru because I received a notification saying pizza was done. Was then told they are backed up and my ticket is at the bottom. To please pull around and wait up front. We waited up front for another 15 minutes. I walk inside after waiting I was then told again that it wasn’t done and if I could to wait in the drive thru line. I did not receive my pizza until 7 pm. Once I got home One pizza was not what I ordered and both were barely cut. I know stores are short handed on people. But this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with dominos.

I ordered a pizza and a 16 piece wing. I did not receive the amount of wings ordered. On the night of the incident, our food took over 2hrs to be delivered, so instead of opting to have a new batch delivered—as was offered—I was told that I would be receiving a $15 credit to my account to compensate and that it would be attached to my phone number. I called to place an order, and was put through to—who I was told was the manager, although she denied it later—Summer. I was told that there is not a credit attached to the account and that she “would not be adding a credit because of an order from 4 days ago.” With her very condescending and rude tone, she also told me that she would not be looking at the order to see who handled the order. She told me that I could not speak with a manager, and would not give me a corporate number to reach out for a manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Summer is absolutely terrible. If she is the manager, she shouldn’t be. If she isn’t she should definitely be trained how to properly handle a situation. I firmly believe that she is the person who told me she would add the credit and forgot but according to her, no one there could have possibly made the mistake of forgetting on a busy night. Order anywhere else if you would rather not wait forever for the wrong stuff.

Ordered carry out at 10 on a Saturday. On the app it said it had been in the prep area 15 minutes. The lady at the carry out window was very rude and condescending towards me. She was acting like I was stupid and in the wrong. If my order was not ready she just should have said that instead of catching a nasty attitude. This is inadequate customer service. These employees need to either be trained better or fired. It does not take 45 mins to make a pizza especially with 10-12 employees in the back chatting instead of working on customers orders. We will not be coming back to this location.

Typically don’t like Dominos but decided today to give them a try. Used a $5.99 coupon but paid extra to get deep dish and get an extravaganza pizza. I asked for it to be well done and cut in squares. Pizza arrives, it’s not square cut, no big deal….but the crust still appeared to be raw, it was gummy. Decided to put it in the oven and try to cook it some more. When I tasted the pizza it had a strange cinnamon flavor. I asked my daughter to taste it without telling her my thoughts and she said, what is that taste… is that cinnamon? Tried to make a claim but they only offer a two topping pizza. Mine was extravaganza and deep dish. I called the store and they offered a $10 credit on my account. Why couldn’t they just make my pizza over the way I wanted. They could have had this back. I didn’t eat it. On another note the cookie/brownies were amazing! Guess I will go back to staying away from Domino’s Pizza.

This Dominos is hit or miss. Your order is either great or terrible. The last few times (about 5) I ordered from here the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and cold. And the wings were cold and barely had any sauce. I got tired of reporting problems with my order. I never had a problem with them until these last few months so not sure if maybe it’s a lack of employees or new employees or maybe new management. Those were the problems with delivery. Decided maybe it was just delivery orders but no. When I tried pick-up, I encountered rude employees and one was even wearing a baseball cap that was flipping people off. This is the only domino’s close to my house so unfortunately still have to order from here.
