I was in the area for a conference and decided to try this place. I went in for take out. The customer service is a 5 but the food is more like a 2.9. I ordered the two meats with two sides. I got brisket and ribs with Mac and cheese and coleslaw for $20. The brisket and ribs were dried. The M&C was ok and the coleslaw was not that good (I ended up tossing it). The price is pretty good but only if the food is good and it really wasn’t. I wouldn’t go back.

There were 4 of us, a few other tables of two and a big group that had already gotten their food and left shortly after we got there with one waitress, which was fine but we barely saw her, it took forever to get our drinks after she took our drink order and she didn’t check on us till she brought the check. 2 tables of 2 people sat down after us, got their food and their check before we even got our food. Then when we did get our food none of it was warm and when I mentioned this to the waitress she didn’t even offer an apology. Still forced to pay full price for food that wasn’t even warm. Not worth the over $60 we paid for cold food and waiting and watching other people get seated and leave before we even got our food. Again there was only 4 of us.

Carl has been cooking St Louis ribs for over 30 years and trust me it shows. My ribs were excellent great sauce they were juicy on the inside crispy on the outside. My fries were perfectly crispy while season and I love the coleslaw. I read located here and now I found my new rib place. Thank you Carl

It is worthy. We had the rack of ribs with sides okra, bake beans and fries and Mac and chess. Everything tasted delicious and it was quick and affordable. We enjoyed it and I think the price was good. I also enjoy very much the spicy bbq sauce.

Food was disgusting!! The new district manager was hovering at every table carrying on conversations even when you could tell customers wanted to be left alone. He sounded drunk or high. The loaded spud was burnt but cold on the inside and all the meat was nothing but fatty pieces. The place was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The waitress was friendly but slow and just chatting with the coworkers. The other waitress was sitting at a table playing on her phone. No wonder why there was only one other table being served. Everyone already knows to not eat here! Won’t be going back.

I ordered the Chicken tenders which was supposed to come with fried okra and mashed potatoes and gravy. I asked our waitress if I could have fries instead of okra, and to add a side of mac n cheese. She said yes and wrote it down. My husband ordered and we waited. If you go here bring a jacket because it was freezing! Anyway, my food comes out and it’s 2 chicken tenders, beans, and fries. She said she was going to be right back with something so before she left I told her I didn’t order beans and she asked me what a i ordered. Again, I told her it was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy and I also had mac n cheese. She takes my food back and comes back with the mashed potatoes but still no mac n cheese. So I have to send her back for it. She finally comes back with it and i have everything I ordered. The menu didn’t specify, but I would think a basket of chicken strips for $12 would give you more than 2 tenders?? My fries were old and cold. I didn’t bother telling the waitress because she had already made so many trips back to the kitchen. I was disappointed with my food and service, and while i know we shouldn’t blame everything on the server, she took our order and double checked with me. Also, about 5 minutes into waiting for our the manager comes up to the people in the booth behind us and starts talking to them, giving them discounts, telling them his life story and they are super into it and keep talking to him even while they’re eating. He talked to them the whole time we waited, the whole time we ate our food, and was still talking to them AFTER WE LEFT! It made enjoying our time eating very hard for me, he was basically talking right next to me. The place was basically empty at this time also, which is why I was so frustrated about having to get my order sent back twice. I will never eat here again or recommend this location to anyone. Also you WILL leave here smelling like bbq smoke (not necessarily a bad thing, but be warned)

Had a bad experience at Rib Crib in Centerton, so I gave the one in Springdale a try. It was so bad, I’m compelled to write this review. Dirty light fixtures, stains on the walls, dirty floor, sweaty obese waitresses in inappropriate leggings with no personality, pulled pork sandwich that was 3 bites, coke was mostly water, bathroom falling apart, hair in my fries, anything with turkey crossed off the menu, order had wrong side, meat was dry.

Our food was lukewarm. We both ordered loaded baked potatoes. The potato should have been hot enough to melt the cheese. Restaurant smells great but eventually the smokey smell gets to you.
